We, however, will not boast beyond proper limits, but will confine our boasting to the sphere of service God himself has assigned to us, a sphere that also includes you.

But I won’t brag more than I should. God himself has given me an opportunity for serving. I will only brag about what I have done with that opportunity. This opportunity for serving also includes you.

這一切都是這獨一而同一的靈以動力所運行的；他照他的意思一樣一樣分布給各人。

對一個他給了三萬日工錢，一個一萬二千日工錢，一個六千日工錢；各照各自的才能；他就出外去了。

但是恩典賜給我們每一個人、卻是按照基督白白的恩之分量。

我憑着賜給我的恩、對你們中間各人說，不要自高地評估、過於所當評估的；所評估的要合乎中道地評估，照上帝所分給各人信心的分量而評估。

我們並不是越過了範圍，好像從沒伸展到你們那裏去的；不，因為到傳基督的福音上、是我們最先到達你們那裏的。我們不過量地誇口，不拿別人所勞苦得到的來誇口；我們只盼望你們的信既已增長着，就我們工作的範圍來說、

但是我說，人們難道沒有聽見麼？誠然聽見了：『他們的音響、發出於全地，他們的話語、傳到天下之極邊。』

自誇送禮而不實在送禮的人、是只有雲霧跟風、而沒有雨。

但其聲音發出於全地，其言詞傳到世界的儘邊。其間有帳棚為日頭安設着：
