Silas, Timothy and I preached to you about the Son of God, Jesus Christ. Our message did not say“ Yes” and“ No” at the same time. The message of Christ has always been“ Yes.”

蓋吾與西拉蒂茂德所傳於爾等之天主聖子、耶穌基督、固非『亦是亦非』者、乃惟一是而已矣。

For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us— by me and Silas and Timothy— was not“ Yes” and“ No,” but in him it has always been“ Yes.”

For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, whom we proclaimed among you, Silvanus and Timothy and I, was not Yes and No, but in him it is always Yes.

For Jesus Christ, the Son of God, does not waver between“ Yes” and“ No.” He is the one whom Silas, Timothy, and I preached to you, and as God’s ultimate“ Yes,” he always does what he says.

For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, whom we proclaimed among you— Silvanus, Timothy, and I— did not become“ Yes and no.” On the contrary, in him it is always“ Yes.”

For the Son of God, Christ Jesus, who was preached among you by us— by me and Silvanus and Timothy— was not yes and no, but has been yes in Him.

For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us— by me, Silvanus, and Timothy— was not Yes and No, but in Him was Yes.

For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us, even by me and Silvanus and Timothy, was not yea and nay, but in him is yea.

For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us— by me and Silvanus and Timothy— did not become“ Yes and no”; on the contrary, a final“ Yes” has come in Him.

For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us,[ even] by me and Silvanus and Timotheus, was not yea and nay, but in him was yea.

For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, the one who was proclaimed among you by us– by me and Silvanus and Timothy– was not“ Yes” and“ No,” but it has always been“ Yes” in him.

For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us, by me, Silvanus, and Timothy, was not“ Yes and no,” but in him is“ Yes.”

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.

Silas and Timothy came from Macedonia. Then Paul spent all his time preaching. He was a witness to the Jews that Jesus was the Messiah.

“ I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord God.“ I am the God who is, and who was, and who will come. I am the Mighty One.”

When I saw him, I fell at his feet as if I were dead. Then he put his right hand on me and said,“ Do not be afraid. I am the First and the Last.

While Peter was still speaking, a bright cloud covered them. A voice from the cloud said,“ This is my Son, and I love him. I am very pleased with him. Listen to him!”

Thomas said to him,“ My Lord and my God!”

This is the beginning of the good news about Jesus the Messiah, the Son of God.

But Jesus remained silent. The high priest said to him,“ I am commanding you in the name of the living God. May he judge you if you don’t tell the truth. Tell us if you are the Messiah, the Son of God.”“ You have said so,” Jesus replied.“ But here is what I say to all of you. From now on, you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Mighty One. You will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven.”

The Jewish leaders replied,“ We have a law. That law says he must die. He claimed to be the Son of God.”

But these are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God. If you believe this, you will have life because you belong to him.

The good news is about God’s Son. He was born into the family line of King David.By the Holy Spirit, he was appointed to be the mighty Son of God. God did this by raising him from the dead. He is Jesus Christ our Lord.

The Roman commander and those guarding Jesus saw the earthquake and all that had happened. They were terrified. They exclaimed,“ He was surely the Son of God!”

“ What I’m about to tell you is true,” Jesus answered.“ Before Abraham was born, I am!”

The Father loves the Son and has put everything into his hands.Anyone who believes in the Son has eternal life. Anyone who does not believe in the Son will not have life. God’s anger remains on them.”

God said to Moses,“ I am who I am. Here is what you must say to the Israelites. Tell them,‘ I am has sent me to you.’ ”

Heaven and earth will pass away. But my words will never pass away.

God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son. Anyone who believes in him will not die but will have eternal life.

They will pass away. But you remain. They will all wear out like a piece of clothing.

I will announce what the Lord has promised. He said to me,“ You are my son. Today I have become your father.

God the Father gave him honor and glory. The voice of the Majestic Glory came to him. It said,“ This is my Son, and I love him. I am very pleased with him.”( Matthew 17:5; Mark 9:7; Luke 9:35)

A voice from heaven said,“ This is my Son, and I love him. I am very pleased with him.”

Simon Peter answered,“ You are the Messiah. You are the Son of the living God.”Jesus replied,“ Blessed are you, Simon, son of Jonah! No mere human showed this to you. My Father in heaven showed it to you.

“ Here is what I command you to write to the church in Thyatira. Here are the words of the Son of God. He is Jesus, whose eyes are like blazing fire. His feet are like polished bronze. He says,

The voice said,“ Write on a scroll what you see. Send it to the seven churches in Asia Minor. They are Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia and Laodicea.”

As they traveled along the road, they came to some water. The official said,“ Look! Here is water! What can stop me from being baptized?”

Then the apostles, the elders and the whole church decided what to do. They would choose some of their own men who were leaders among the believers. They would send them to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas. So they chose Judas Barsabbas and Silas. They were leaders among the believers.

Right away he began to preach in the synagogues. He taught that Jesus is the Son of God.

We announce to you what we have seen and heard. We do it so you can share life together with us. And we share life with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ.

We accept what people say when they are witnesses. But it’s more important when God is a witness. That’s because it is what God says about his Son.Whoever believes in the Son of God accepts what God says about him. Whoever does not believe God is calling him a liar. That’s because they have not believed what God said about his Son.Here is what God says about the Son. God has given us eternal life. And this life is found in his Son.Whoever belongs to the Son has life. Whoever doesn’t belong to the Son of God doesn’t have life.I’m writing these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God. I’m writing so you will know that you have eternal life.

Nathanael replied,“ Rabbi, you are the Son of God. You are the king of Israel.”

We have come to believe and to know that you are the Holy One of God.”

I have seen it happen. I am a witness that this is God’s Chosen One.”

and said,“ So you are going to destroy the temple and build it again in three days? Then save yourself! Come down from the cross, if you are the Son of God!”

The angel answered,“ The Holy Spirit will come to you. The power of the Most High God will cover you. So the holy one that is born will be called the Son of God.
