whatever prayer and supplication is made by any man, or by all your people Israel, who will each know his own plague and his own sorrow, and shall spread out his hands toward this house;

只要你的以色列子民，或个人或全体，自知心中痛苦并向着这殿伸手祷告，无论祈求什么，

你的子民以色列，无论是个别或是全体，自知自己的灾祸和痛苦，向着这殿张开双手祷告或祈求，

你的民以色列，或是眾人，或是一人，自覺災禍甚苦，向這殿舉手，無論祈求甚麼，禱告甚麼，

你的百姓以色列，或眾人或一人，自覺災禍困苦，向這殿舉手，無論祈求甚麼，禱告甚麼，

你的百姓以色列，或眾人或一人，自覺災禍困苦，向這殿舉手，無論祈求甚麼，禱告甚麼，

只要你的以色列子民，或個人或全體，自知心中痛苦並向著這殿伸手禱告，無論祈求什麼，

你的子民以色列，無論是個別或是全體，自知自己的災禍和痛苦，向著這殿張開雙手禱告或祈求，

你人民以色列，或是任何一人，或是眾人，各人知道自己的災病、自己的苦痛，向這殿舉開雙手，或是禱告，或是懇求，

爾民以色列、或一人、或眾人、自覺其殃其苦、若向此室張手、無論何所禱、何所祈、

如以色列族中知其艱苦、不論何事、展舒其手、向斯殿以祈求、

主之民以色列、無論何人、自覺己心之憂痛愁苦、向此殿舉手、無論何祈何禱、

and when a prayer or plea is made by anyone among your people Israel— being aware of their afflictions and pains, and spreading out their hands toward this temple—

But suppose one of your people prays to you. They ask you to help them. They are aware of how much they are suffering. And they spread out their hands toward this temple to pray.

whatever prayer, whatever plea is made by any man or by all your people Israel, each knowing his own affliction and his own sorrow and stretching out his hands toward this house,

and if your people Israel pray about their troubles or sorrow, raising their hands toward this Temple,

every prayer or petition that any person or that all your people Israel may have— they each know their own affliction and suffering— as they spread out their hands toward this temple,

whatever prayer or plea is made by anyone or by all Your people Israel, each knowing his own affliction and his own pain, and spreading his hands toward this house,

whatever prayer, whatever supplication is made by anyone, or by all Your people Israel, when each one knows his own burden and his own grief, and spreads out his hands to this temple:

what prayer and supplication soever be made by any man, or by all thy people Israel, who shall know every man his own plague and his own sorrow, and shall spread forth his hands toward this house:

whatever prayer or petition anyone from your people Israel might have— each man knowing his own affliction and suffering, and spreading out his hands toward this temple—

[ Then] what prayer[ or] what supplication soever shall be made of any man, or of all thy people Israel, when every one shall know his own sore and his own grief, and shall spread forth his hands in this house:

When all your people Israel pray and ask for help, as they acknowledge their intense pain and spread out their hands toward this temple,

Blessed is the nation whose God is Yahweh, the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance.Yahweh looks from heaven. He sees all the sons of men.

The heart knows its own bitterness and joy; he will not share these with a stranger.

He will call on me, and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him, and honor him.

Call on me in the day of trouble. I will deliver you, and you will honor me.”

He stood before Yahweh’s altar in the presence of all the assembly of Israel, and spread out his hands( for Solomon had made a bronze platform, five cubits long, and five cubits wide, and three cubits high, and had set it in the middle of the court; and he stood on it, and knelt down on his knees before all the assembly of Israel, and spread out his hands toward heaven)

I cry with my voice to Yahweh. With my voice, I ask Yahweh for mercy.I pour out my complaint before him. I tell him my troubles.

Blessed is the man to whom Yahweh doesn’t impute iniquity, in whose spirit there is no deceit.When I kept silence, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long.For day and night your hand was heavy on me. My strength was sapped in the heat of summer. Selah.I acknowledged my sin to you. I didn’t hide my iniquity. I said, I will confess my transgressions to Yahweh, and you forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah.For this, let everyone who is godly pray to you in a time when you may be found. Surely when the great waters overflow, they shall not reach to him.

When you spread out your hands, I will hide my eyes from you. Yes, when you make many prayers, I will not hear. Your hands are full of blood.
