當時眾祭司自潔己身、進前奉事、並不循其班列、既出聖所、利未人中謳歌者亞薩、希幔、耶杜頓、與眾子、兄弟、皆衣白細麻、立於祭臺東、執鈸、執瑟、與琴奏樂、又有祭司一百二十人、偕立而吹角、

與爾所立之約外、我以爾之姊妹、賜爾為女、或作我以爾之姊妹賜爾為女不循與爾所立之約爾受之之時、爾追憶疇昔所行之事、自覺愧怍、我與爾立約、爾則知我乃主、我赦爾凡爾所作之事、爾追憶前行、則自慚不已、不敢啟口、此乃主天主所言、
