My sons, don’t fail to obey the Lord. He has chosen you to stand in front of him and work for him. He wants you to serve him and burn incense to him.”

My sons, do not now be negligent, for the Lord has chosen you to stand in his presence, to minister to him and to be his ministers and make offerings to him.”

My sons, do not neglect your duties any longer! The Lord has chosen you to stand in his presence, to minister to him, and to lead the people in worship and present offerings to him.”

不要自欺，上帝是輕慢不得的。人種什麼收什麼。順從罪惡的本性撒種的，必從罪惡的本性收取敗壞的惡果；順從聖靈撒種的，必從聖靈收取永生。

那時，耶和華把利未支派分別出來，派他們抬祂的約櫃，站立在祂面前事奉祂，奉祂的名祝福，至今未變。

「你去叫利未支派來協助亞倫祭司。他們要為亞倫和全體會眾在會幕司職，辦理聖幕的事務，也要負責看守會幕裡面的器具，為以色列人辦理聖幕的事務。你要把利未人交給亞倫父子們，因為他們是從以色列人中選出來協助亞倫的。

你和你兒子在安放約櫃的聖幕供職時，要把你們利未支派的親族也一同帶去，讓他們協助你。他們要遵守你的吩咐，看守整個聖幕，但不可接近聖所的器具和祭壇，以免他們和你們都死亡。他們要協助你，負責看守聖幕，辦理聖幕的一切事務。外人不可靠近。你們要看守聖所和祭壇，以免我的憤怒再臨到以色列人。我已從以色列人中選出你們的利未親族歸給我，協助你們在會幕中司職。你和你兒子要盡祭司的本分，負責祭壇和至聖所的一切事務。祭司的職分是我賞賜給你們的，外人若近前來，必被處死。」

耶和華又降下烈火，燒死了那二百五十個獻香的人。耶和華對摩西說：「你叫亞倫祭司的兒子以利亞撒去從火中把香爐撿起來，把炭火撒在遠處，因為那些香爐是聖潔的。要把那些因犯罪而喪命之人的香爐打成薄片，用來包祭壇，因為那些香爐曾被獻在耶和華面前，是聖潔的，並且可讓以色列人引以為戒。」於是，以利亞撒祭司取來被燒死之人所獻的銅香爐，叫人打成薄片用來包祭壇，讓以色列人引以為戒，使亞倫子孫以外的人不致到耶和華面前燒香，以免像可拉及其同夥一樣滅亡。這是按照耶和華藉摩西的吩咐做的。

「你要把利未人從其他以色列人中分別出來，潔淨他們。要用以下的方法潔淨他們，把潔淨水灑在他們身上，叫他們用剃刀剃淨全身，洗淨衣服，這樣他們就潔淨了。然後叫他們帶來一頭公牛犢及作素祭的調了油的細麵粉，你要另獻一頭公牛犢作贖罪祭。你要招聚以色列全體會眾，將利未人帶到會幕前，帶到耶和華面前，會眾要按手在他們身上。亞倫要把他們獻給耶和華，作為以色列人獻的搖祭，使他們可以事奉耶和華。利未人要按手在那兩頭公牛的頭上，然後你要把一頭作為贖罪祭，一頭作為燔祭獻給耶和華，好為利未人贖罪。你要讓利未人站在亞倫父子們面前，把他們當作搖祭獻給耶和華。這樣，你就把利未人從其他以色列人中分別出來，使他們歸給我。
