Now you intend to degrade the children of Judah and Jerusalem as male and female slaves for yourselves. Aren’t there even with you trespasses of your own against Yahweh your God?

如今你们又有意强逼犹大人和耶路撒冷人作你们的奴婢，你们岂不也有得罪耶和华你们神的事吗？

如今你們又心裏說要強迫猶大人和耶路撒冷人做你們的奴隸和婢女。這不是連你們也實實在在有得罪永恆主你們的上帝的罪麼？

今爾有意抑制猶大與耶路撒冷人、使為僕婢、爾曹豈非亦獲罪於爾上帝耶和華乎、

欲執猶大族耶路撒冷民為奴婢、豈不獲罪爾之上帝耶和華。

今有意強猶大人耶路撒冷民為爾奴婢、如是以行、必獲罪於主爾之天主、

And now you intend to make the men and women of Judah and Jerusalem your slaves. But aren’t you also guilty of sins against the Lord your God?

And now you intend to subjugate the people of Judah and Jerusalem, male and female, as your slaves. Have you not sins of your own against the Lord your God?

And now you are planning to make slaves of these people from Judah and Jerusalem. What about your own sins against the Lord your God?

Now you plan to reduce the people of Judah and Jerusalem, male and female, to slavery. Are you not also guilty before the LORD your God?

Now you are proposing to subjugate the people of Judah and Jerusalem as male and female slaves for yourselves. Are you not, however guilty yourselves of offenses against the Lord your God?

And now you propose to force the children of Judah and Jerusalem to be your male and female slaves; but are you not also guilty before the Lord your God?

And now ye purpose to keep under the children of Judah and Jerusalem for bondmen and bondwomen unto you: but are there not even with you trespasses of your own against Jehovah your God?

Now you plan to reduce the people of Judah and Jerusalem, male and female, to slavery. Are you not also guilty before Yahweh your God?

And now ye purpose to keep under the children of Judah and Jerusalem for bondmen and bondwomen unto you:[ but are there] not with you, even with you, sins against the LORD your God?

And now you are planning to enslave the people of Judah and Jerusalem. Yet are you not also guilty before the LORD your God?

“‘ If your brother has grown poor among you, and sells himself to you, you shall not make him to serve as a slave.As a hired servant, and as a temporary resident, he shall be with you; he shall serve with you until the Year of Jubilee.Then he shall go out from you, he and his children with him, and shall return to his own family, and to the possession of his fathers.For they are my servants, whom I brought out of the land of Egypt. They shall not be sold as slaves.You shall not rule over him with harshness, but shall fear your God.“‘ As for your male and your female slaves, whom you may have from the nations that are around you, from them you may buy male and female slaves.Moreover, of the children of the aliens who live among you, of them you may buy, and of their families who are with you, which they have conceived in your land; and they will be your property.You may make them an inheritance for your children after you, to hold for a possession. Of them you may take your slaves forever, but over your brothers the children of Israel you shall not rule, one over another, with harshness.

For, behold, I begin to work evil at the city which is called by my name; and should you be utterly unpunished? You will not be unpunished; for I will call for a sword on all the inhabitants of the earth, says Yahweh of Armies.”’

Therefore“ If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.”Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

For the time has come for judgment to begin with the household of God. If it begins first with us, what will happen to those who don’t obey the Good News of God?“ If it is hard for the righteous to be saved, what will happen to the ungodly and the sinner?”

For with whatever judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with whatever measure you measure, it will be measured to you.Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but don’t consider the beam that is in your own eye?Or how will you tell your brother,‘ Let me remove the speck from your eye;’ and behold, the beam is in your own eye?
