沒有人細心思想，也沒有人有知識有聰明說：“我把木頭的一半放在火裡燃燒，我也在炭火上烘過餅，烤過肉吃，剩下的，我卻用來做了一個可憎之物，我要向木頭叩拜嗎？”

非利士人把他們的神像遺棄在那裡，大衛和跟隨他的人就把它們拿走了。
