Now this is what you are to do: A third of you priests and Levites who are going on duty on the Sabbath are to keep watch at the doors,

Here’s what I want you to do. A third of you priests and Levites who are going on duty on the Sabbath day must guard the doors.

This is the thing that you shall do: of you priests and Levites who come off duty on the Sabbath, one third shall be gatekeepers,

This is what you must do. When you priests and Levites come on duty on the Sabbath, a third of you will serve as gatekeepers.

This is what you are to do: a third of you, priests and Levites who are coming on duty on the Sabbath, are to be gatekeepers.

This is the thing which you shall do: a third of you, of the priests and Levites who come in on the Sabbath, shall be gatekeepers,

This[ is] the thing that ye shall do; A third part of you entering on the sabbath, of the priests and of the Levites,[ shall be] porters of the doors;

各掣籤以守四門、循其世系、自尊逮卑。示利米得東門。其子撒加利亞、議士也、掣籤得北門。阿伯以東及其子、得南門、兼守府庫。書反、何薩得西門、及沙利吉門、門達通衢、於是班列分立四旁。

利未人自三十歲以上者、則錄於册、計三萬八千人、其中二萬四千掌建耶和華殿、六千督工師理民人、四千為閽者、四千用大闢所作樂器、頌讚耶和華。大闢分利未人為班列、即革順、哥轄、米喇哩、

時、撒加利亞、依其班列、行祭司事於上帝前、循祭司例掣籤、得入主殿焚香、

在鄉里之同宗、歷七日、更迭而至。

以利亞撒之裔撒督、及以大馬之裔亞希米勒、大闢使之各供其職。以利亞撒之後、其名最著者、較以大馬尤眾、在班列中、以利亞撒得十六人、以大馬惟八人。掣籤得職、或為聖所之長、或為士師。利未族拿但業子示罵雅、職繕寫、在王與群伯、祭司利未族長撒督亞庇亞塔子亞希米勒前、核數其名、以利亞撒裔中取二人、其名最著、以大馬裔中取一人、其名最著。
