先知以利亞遺書約蘭曰、主爾祖大衛之天主如是云、爾不行爾父約沙法之道、與猶大王亞撒之道、

先知以利亚达信与约兰说：“耶和华你祖大卫的神如此说：‘因为你不行你父约沙法和犹大王亚撒的道，

以利亚先知写信给约兰说：“耶和华—你祖先大卫的上帝如此说：‘因为你不行你父约沙法和犹大王亚撒的道，

以利亚先知有信送给约兰，说：“耶和华你的先祖大卫的神这样说：‘因为你没有遵行你父亲约沙法的道路，也没有遵行犹大王亚撒的道路，

從神言人以利亞那裏有信來給約蘭、說：『永恆主你祖大衛的上帝這麼說：「因為你沒有走你父親約沙法的路，也沒有走猶大王亞撒的路，

有先知以利亞之書至曰、爾祖大衛之上帝耶和華云、因爾不循爾父約沙法、與猶大王亞撒之道、

或以先知以利亞書、陳於王、書畧曰、爾祖大闢之上帝耶和華云、因爾不從猶大王亞撒、及父約沙法之道、

Jehoram received a letter from Elijah the prophet, which said:“ This is what the Lord, the God of your father David, says:‘ You have not followed the ways of your father Jehoshaphat or of Asa king of Judah.

Jehoram received a letter from Elijah the prophet. In it, Elijah said,“ The Lord is the God of your father David. The Lord says,‘ You have not followed the ways of your own father Jehoshaphat or of Asa, the king of Judah.

And a letter came to him from Elijah the prophet, saying,“ Thus says the Lord, the God of David your father,‘ Because you have not walked in the ways of Jehoshaphat your father, or in the ways of Asa king of Judah,

Then Elijah the prophet wrote Jehoram this letter:“ This is what the Lord, the God of your ancestor David, says: You have not followed the good example of your father, Jehoshaphat, or your grandfather King Asa of Judah.

Then a letter came to Jehoram from the prophet Elijah, saying: This is what the LORD, the God of your ancestor David says:“ Because you have not walked in the ways of your father Jehoshaphat or in the ways of King Asa of Judah

Then a letter came to him from Elijah the prophet, saying,“ This is what the Lord, the God of your father David says:‘ Because you have not walked in the ways of your father Jehoshaphat and the ways of Asa king of Judah,

And a letter came to him from Elijah the prophet, saying, Thus says the Lord God of your father David: Because you have not walked in the ways of Jehoshaphat your father, or in the ways of Asa king of Judah,

And there came a writing to him from Elijah the prophet, saying, Thus saith Jehovah, the God of David thy father, Because thou hast not walked in the ways of Jehoshaphat thy father, nor in the ways of Asa king of Judah,

Then a letter came to Jehoram from Elijah the prophet, saying: This is what Yahweh, the God of your ancestor David says:“ Because you have not walked in the ways of your father Jehoshaphat or in the ways of Asa king of Judah

And there came a writing to him from Elijah the prophet, saying, Thus saith the LORD God of David thy father, Because thou hast not walked in the ways of Jehoshaphat thy father, nor in the ways of Asa king of Judah,

Jehoram received this letter from Elijah the prophet:“ This is what the LORD God of your ancestor David says:‘ You have not followed in the footsteps of your father Jehoshaphat and of King Asa of Judah,

A letter came to him from Elijah the prophet, saying,“ Yahweh, the God of David your father, says,‘ Because you have not walked in the ways of Jehoshaphat your father, nor in the ways of Asa king of Judah,

主祐約沙法、因行其祖大衛昔所行之道、不尋求巴力、尋求其祖父之天主、遵行主之誡命、不效以色列人之所行、

亞撒為善行義、在主其天主前、除異邦神之祭壇、及邱壇、毀柱像、斷諸亞舍拉、命猶大人尋求主其列祖之天主、遵行主之律法誡命、在猶大諸邑、除邱壇與日像、亞撒在位時國享平康、

主欲以旋風接以利亞升天、其時、以利亞偕以利沙從吉甲前往、

亞撒行善於主前、如其祖大衛然、

二人且行且語、忽有火車火馬、間隔二人、以利亞乘旋風而升天、

所書之文、曰彌尼、彌尼、提客勒、烏法珥新、彌尼譯即數之義提客勒譯即衡之義烏法珥新譯即分之義其解如斯、彌尼者、言天主數爾國年、至此乃終、提客勒者、言爾見衡於權、知爾虧缺、批累斯與上烏法珥新同義者、言爾國分裂、歸於瑪代、巴西、於是伯沙撒命人以紫袍衣但以理、以金索垂其項、更為但以理頒詔、命治理國、位居第三、命治理國位居第三或作命治理國三分之一

猶底讀三四行、王遂以繕寫所用之刀割之、投於鑪之火中、待卷焚盡於鑪之火中、

約沙法行其父亞撒之道、不偏離左右、行善於主前、

惟時忽有人手之指顯現、書文字於王宮粉壁、燈臺相向之所、王見其書文字之手、

爾當取卷、將我所諭爾論以色列猶大與諸國之言、即自約西亞時、自我初諭爾之日、以迄於今日所諭爾之言、皆書於其上、

猶大王約雅敬既已焚卷、爾復取一卷、以前卷之言、復書於其上、亦當告猶大王約雅敬曰、主如是云、爾問曰、何錄於卷云、巴比倫王必至毀滅斯國、翦絕人民牲畜、爾竟焚燬斯卷、故主論猶大王約雅敬如是云、其後嗣必無人坐於大衛之位、其屍必擲於外、書暴夜寒、我必罰其罪、及其子孫臣僕之罪、我曾言、必降諸災於耶路撒冷居民及猶大人、而彼不聽、今我必降斯災、於是耶利米復取一卷、予尼利亞子繕寫巴錄、巴錄又循耶利米口傳、以猶大王約雅敬所焚前卷之諸言、書於其上、外增多詞、意同前言、

我見有一手、向我而伸、手中有卷、展於我前、內外皆有文字、上錄哀慘殷憂悲痛之詞、
