爾將驅逐列國之人、凡彼等事其神之處、無論高山上、崗上、諸茂樹下、俱當毀壞、毀其祭壇、碎其柱像、以火焚其諸亞舍拉、亞舍拉或作木偶斫其諸神之偶像、滅其名於斯地、爾曹不可效彼所行、以奉事主爾之天主、

因耶羅波安干犯罪戾、使以色列人陷於罪、故主必將以色列人付於敵手、○
