See how they are repaying us by coming to drive us out of the possession you gave us as an inheritance.

See how they are paying us back. They are coming to drive us out. They want to take over the land you gave us as our share.

他们密谋奸诈，陷害你的子民；他们彼此商议，攻击你所宝贵的人。他们说：“来吧！我们来把他们除灭，使他们不再成国，使以色列的名不再被人记念。”他们同心商议，彼此结盟，要和你对抗。他们就是住帐棚的以东人和以实玛利人，摩押人和夏甲人，迦巴勒、亚扪、亚玛力、非利士和推罗的居民。亚述也和他们联合起来，作了罗得子孙的帮手。（细拉）求你待他们好像待米甸人，像在基顺河待西西拉和耶宾一样；他们都在隐．多珥被消灭，成了地上的粪土。求你使他们的贵族像俄立和西伊伯，使他们的王子像西巴和撒慕拿。他们曾说：“我们要得着神的牧场作自己的产业。”

他们出了城，走了不远，约瑟就对管家说：“起来，追赶那些人；追上了，就对他们说：‘你为什么以恶报善呢？

如果我以恶回报那与我为友的人，或是无故掠夺与我为敌的人，

他们对我以恶报善，使我孤苦无依。

以恶报善的，灾祸必不离开他的家。

现在耶和华以色列的神，已经把亚摩利人从他的子民以色列人面前赶走了，你竟要占有这地吗？你不是应占有你的神基抹要你占有的地吗？我们不是应占有耶和华我们的神，从我们面前赶走的人的一切地吗？

良善的应得恶报吗？他们竟然挖陷坑害我。求你记念我怎样站在你面前，为他们说好话，使你的烈怒离开他们。
