走到第七次，祭司吹響了號角，約書亞吩咐民眾說：「吶喊吧！因為耶和華已經將這城交給你們了。

願那些敬畏耶和華的人說：「祂的慈愛永遠長存。」我在苦難中求告耶和華，祂就答應我，救我脫離困境。有耶和華與我同在，我必不懼怕，人能把我怎麼樣？耶和華與我同在，幫助我，我必看見那些恨我的人一敗塗地。

進攻西西拉。耶和華使西西拉的戰車和軍隊驚慌失措，敗在巴拉刀下。西西拉棄車徒步逃跑，

約沙法與眾人商議後，就派歌樂手穿上聖潔的禮服走在軍隊前面，讚美耶和華，說：「你們要稱謝耶和華，因祂的慈愛永遠長存！」

乃縵是亞蘭王的元帥，甚得亞蘭王器重，因為耶和華藉他使亞蘭人打了許多勝仗。他是英勇的戰士，只是患了痲瘋病。

萬民啊，你們要鼓掌，向上帝高聲歡呼！

耶和華把敵軍交在以色列人手中，以色列人打敗了他們，追殺他們直到西頓大城、米斯利弗·瑪音和東面的米斯巴谷，全部消滅了他們，一個沒留。

這些耶和華為以色列會眾攻取的地方適於放牧，而僕人們有許多牲畜。
