Every morning and evening they present burnt offerings and fragrant incense to the Lord. They set out the bread on the ceremonially clean table and light the lamps on the gold lampstand every evening. We are observing the requirements of the Lord our God. But you have forsaken him.

That table is‘ clean.’ They light the lamps on the gold lampstand every evening. We always do what the Lord our God requires in his law. But you have deserted him.

It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations.He shall arrange the lamps on the lampstand of pure gold before the Lord regularly.“ You shall take fine flour and bake twelve loaves from it; two tenths of an ephah shall be in each loaf.And you shall set them in two piles, six in a pile, on the table of pure gold before the Lord.And you shall put pure frankincense on each pile, that it may go with the bread as a memorial portion as a food offering to the Lord.Every Sabbath day Aaron shall arrange it before the Lord regularly; it is from the people of Israel as a covenant forever.And it shall be for Aaron and his sons, and they shall eat it in a holy place, since it is for him a most holy portion out of the Lord’s food offerings, a perpetual due.”

“ You shall command the people of Israel that they bring to you pure beaten olive oil for the light, that a lamp may regularly be set up to burn.In the tent of meeting, outside the veil that is before the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall tend it from evening to morning before the Lord. It shall be a statute forever to be observed throughout their generations by the people of Israel.

“ Now this is what you shall offer on the altar: two lambs a year old day by day regularly.

And you shall set the bread of the Presence on the table before me regularly.“ You shall make a lampstand of pure gold. The lampstand shall be made of hammered work: its base, its stem, its cups, its calyxes, and its flowers shall be of one piece with it.And there shall be six branches going out of its sides, three branches of the lampstand out of one side of it and three branches of the lampstand out of the other side of it;three cups made like almond blossoms, each with calyx and flower, on one branch, and three cups made like almond blossoms, each with calyx and flower, on the other branch— so for the six branches going out of the lampstand.And on the lampstand itself there shall be four cups made like almond blossoms, with their calyxes and flowers,and a calyx of one piece with it under each pair of the six branches going out from the lampstand.Their calyxes and their branches shall be of one piece with it, the whole of it a single piece of hammered work of pure gold.You shall make seven lamps for it. And the lamps shall be set up so as to give light on the space in front of it.Its tongs and their trays shall be of pure gold.It shall be made, with all these utensils, out of a talent of pure gold.

“ You shall make an altar on which to burn incense; you shall make it of acacia wood.A cubit shall be its length, and a cubit its breadth. It shall be square, and two cubits shall be its height. Its horns shall be of one piece with it.You shall overlay it with pure gold, its top and around its sides and its horns. And you shall make a molding of gold around it.And you shall make two golden rings for it. Under its molding on two opposite sides of it you shall make them, and they shall be holders for poles with which to carry it.You shall make the poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold.And you shall put it in front of the veil that is above the ark of the testimony, in front of the mercy seat that is above the testimony, where I will meet with you.And Aaron shall burn fragrant incense on it. Every morning when he dresses the lamps he shall burn it,and when Aaron sets up the lamps at twilight, he shall burn it, a regular incense offering before the Lord throughout your generations.You shall not offer unauthorized incense on it, or a burnt offering, or a grain offering, and you shall not pour a drink offering on it.Aaron shall make atonement on its horns once a year. With the blood of the sin offering of atonement he shall make atonement for it once in the year throughout your generations. It is most holy to the Lord.”

Do this: take censers, Korah and all his company;

And Moses said to Aaron,“ Take your censer, and put fire on it from off the altar and lay incense on it and carry it quickly to the congregation and make atonement for them, for wrath has gone out from the Lord; the plague has begun.”

“ But the Levitical priests, the sons of Zadok, who kept the charge of my sanctuary when the people of Israel went astray from me, shall come near to me to minister to me. And they shall stand before me to offer me the fat and the blood, declares the Lord God.

This shall be for the consecrated priests, the sons of Zadok, who kept my charge, who did not go astray when the people of Israel went astray, as the Levites did.

Even when the cloud continued over the tabernacle many days, the people of Israel kept the charge of the Lord and did not set out.

“ When anyone brings a grain offering as an offering to the Lord, his offering shall be of fine flour. He shall pour oil on it and put frankincense on itand bring it to Aaron’s sons the priests. And he shall take from it a handful of the fine flour and oil, with all of its frankincense, and the priest shall burn this as its memorial portion on the altar, a food offering with a pleasing aroma to the Lord.But the rest of the grain offering shall be for Aaron and his sons; it is a most holy part of the Lord’s food offerings.

because Abraham obeyed my voice and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.”

And another angel came and stood at the altar with a golden censer, and he was given much incense to offer with the prayers of all the saints on the golden altar before the throne,and the smoke of the incense, with the prayers of the saints, rose before God from the hand of the angel.

according to the custom of the priesthood, he was chosen by lot to enter the temple of the Lord and burn incense.

And you have not kept charge of my holy things, but you have set others to keep my charge for you in my sanctuary.
