Those from every tribe of Israel who set their hearts on seeking the Lord, the God of Israel, followed the Levites to Jerusalem to offer sacrifices to the Lord, the God of their ancestors.

Some people from every tribe in Israel followed the Levites to Jerusalem. With all their hearts they wanted to worship the Lord. He is the God of Israel. They came to Jerusalem to offer sacrifices to him. He was the God of their people of long ago.

And those who had set their hearts to seek the Lord God of Israel came after them from all the tribes of Israel to Jerusalem to sacrifice to the Lord, the God of their fathers.

From all the tribes of Israel, those who sincerely wanted to worship the Lord, the God of Israel, followed the Levites to Jerusalem, where they could offer sacrifices to the Lord, the God of their ancestors.

Those from every tribe of Israel who had determined in their hearts to seek the LORD their God followed the Levites to Jerusalem to sacrifice to the LORD, the God of their ancestors.

And after the Levites left, those from all the tribes of Israel, such as set their heart to seek the Lord God of Israel, came to Jerusalem to sacrifice to the Lord God of their fathers.

And after them, out of all the tribes of Israel, such as set their hearts to seek Jehovah, the God of Israel, came to Jerusalem to sacrifice unto Jehovah, the God of their fathers.

他又召聚了猶大和便雅憫所有的人，以及在他們中間寄居的以法蓮人、瑪拿西人、西緬人。以色列人看見了耶和華亞撒的神和他同在，就有很多人投奔亞撒。

現在萬軍之耶和華這樣說：“你們要反省自己的行為。

王聽見了這話，就非常愁煩；他定意要搭救但以理，直到日落的時候，他還在設法營救但以理。

大衛吩咐人召集住在以色列地的外族人，又派石匠開鑿石頭，要建造神的殿。

如果你們認為所得的地業不潔淨，你們可以過到耶和華的地業，就是耶和華的帳幕居住的地方，在我們中間得地業；只是不可背叛耶和華，也不可背叛我們，在耶和華我們的神的壇以外，為自己築另一座壇。

神啊！我的心堅定；我要用我的靈（“靈”或譯：“榮耀”或“肝”；與16:9，30:12，57:8同）歌唱和頌讚。

不要倚靠藉強暴得來的財物，也不要妄想倚靠搶奪回來的錢財；如果財寶加增，你的心也不要倚靠它。

耶和華你們的神從你們各支派中，選擇了甚麼地方作立他名的居所，你們就當到那裡求問他；把你們的燔祭和其他的祭物、十分之一的禮物和手中的貢獻、還願祭和甘心祭，以及牛群羊群中頭生的，都要帶到那裡去；

他若對人決心這樣作，他若把靈與氣收歸自己，

原來有一大群人，很多是從以法蓮、瑪拿西、以薩迦和西布倫來的，還沒有自潔，就吃逾越節的羊羔，不遵照所記的定例；因此，希西家為他們禱告說：“凡是立定心意，專一尋求神耶和華他們列祖的神的，雖然沒有照著聖所潔淨的禮自潔，願良善的耶和華也饒恕他們。”

要把耶和華的名應得的榮耀歸給他，拿著禮物到他面前來，要以聖潔的裝飾敬拜耶和華。

靠你有力量，心中嚮往通到聖殿大道的，這人是有福的。他們經過乾旱的山谷，使這谷變為泉源之地，更有秋雨使這谷到處都是水池。他們行走，力上加力，直到各人在錫安朝見神。

你要自己謹慎，不可在你看見的任何地方獻上你的燔祭；只要在耶和華從你的一個支派中揀選的地方，在那裡獻上你的燔祭，在那裡行我吩咐你的一切事。

就對他們說：“我今日警告你們的一切話，你們都要放在心上，好吩咐你們的子孫謹守遵行這律法上的一切話。

他到了那裡，看見神所施的恩，就很歡喜，勸勉眾人堅心靠主。

他們藉著我的子民犯罪來養活自己，渴望他們多有罪孽。

但那不把耶和華這話放在心上的，卻把他的僕人和牲畜留在田裡。

於是撒母耳對以色列全家說：“如果你們一心歸向耶和華，就當把外族的神和亞斯他錄從你們中間除掉，專心歸向耶和華，單單事奉他，他必救你們脫離非利士人的手。”以色列人就除掉眾巴力和亞斯他錄，單單事奉耶和華。

可是在亞設、瑪拿西和西布倫中，也有人願意謙卑，來到耶路撒冷。

那時，你要把我吩咐你們的燔祭和其他的祭物、十分之一的禮物和手中的貢獻，以及你們向耶和華許願要獻的最美的一切還願祭，都要帶到耶和華你們的神選擇作為立他名的地方。
