If anyone advocates a different doctrine and does not agree with sound words, those of our Lord Jesus Christ, and with the doctrine conforming to godliness,

若有人傳別的教義，不符合我們主耶穌基督純正的話語與合乎敬虔的教導，

若有人傳別的教義，不符合我們主耶穌基督純正的話語與合乎敬虔的教導，

如果有人傳的教義不符合我們主耶穌基督純正的道和敬虔的教導，

如果有人傳別的教義，不接受我們的主耶穌基督純正的話語，和那敬虔的道理，

若有人傳別的教義，不歸順健全之道、我們主耶穌基督之道、跟那合乎敬虔教義之道，

如果有人傳講別的教義，不符合我們主耶穌基督的健全話語以及那合乎敬神的教導，

若有傳異教、不從我主耶穌基督之正言、不依敬虔之教者、

有人傳異教、背吾主耶穌基督正理棄敬虔之至道、

若有人施教、與此不同、不從我主耶穌基督之正言、及虔敬之訓、

若有人宣傳異端、而不服膺吾主耶穌基督之至言妙理、以及奉事天主之正道、

If anyone teaches otherwise and does not agree to the sound instruction of our Lord Jesus Christ and to godly teaching,

Suppose someone teaches something different than I have taught. Suppose that person doesn’t agree with the true teaching of our Lord Jesus Christ. Suppose they don’t agree with godly teaching.

If anyone teaches a different doctrine and does not agree with the sound words of our Lord Jesus Christ and the teaching that accords with godliness,

Some people may contradict our teaching, but these are the wholesome teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ. These teachings promote a godly life.

If anyone teaches false doctrine and does not agree with the sound teaching of our Lord Jesus Christ and with the teaching that promotes godliness,

If anyone teaches otherwise and does not consent to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which accords with godliness,

If any man teacheth a different doctrine, and consenteth not to sound words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;

If anyone teaches other doctrine and does not agree with the sound teaching of our Lord Jesus Christ and with the teaching that promotes godliness,

If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words,[ even] the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;

If someone spreads false teachings and does not agree with sound words( that is, those of our Lord Jesus Christ) and with the teaching that accords with godliness,

If anyone teaches a different doctrine, and doesn’t consent to sound words, the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness,

Just as I urged you upon my departure for Macedonia, to remain on at Ephesus so that you would instruct certain people not to teach strange doctrines,

for the sexually immoral, homosexuals, slave traders, liars, perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound teaching,

Paul, a bond servant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ, for the faith of those chosen of God and the knowledge of the truth which is according to godliness,

Now I urge you, brothers and sisters, keep your eye on those who cause dissensions and hindrances contrary to the teaching which you learned, and turn away from them.

holding firmly the faithful word which is in accordance with the teaching, so that he will be able both to exhort in sound doctrine and to refute those who contradict it.

teaching them to follow all that I commanded you; and behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Some people have strayed from these things and have turned aside to fruitless discussion,

But stay away from worthless stories that are typical of old women. Rather, discipline yourself for the purpose of godliness;for bodily training is just slightly beneficial, but godliness is beneficial for all things, since it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.

I am amazed that you are so quickly deserting Him who called you by the grace of Christ, for a different gospel,which is not just another account; but there are some who are disturbing you and want to distort the gospel of Christ.

But as for you, proclaim the things which are fitting for sound doctrine.Older men are to be temperate, dignified, self controlled, sound in faith, in love, in perseverance.

For the time will come when they will not tolerate sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance with their own desires,

For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all people,instructing us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously, and in a godly manner in the present age,looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus,who gave Himself for us to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession, eager for good deeds.

Hold on to the example of sound words which you have heard from me, in the faith and love which are in Christ Jesus.

This statement is trustworthy; and concerning these things I want you to speak confidently, so that those who have believed God will be careful to engage in good deeds. These things are good and beneficial for people.

Therefore, the one who rejects this is not rejecting man, but the God who gives His Holy Spirit to you.

for His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence.Through these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent promises, so that by them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world on account of lust.Now for this very reason also, applying all diligence, in your faith supply moral excellence, and in your moral excellence, knowledge,and in your knowledge, self control, and in your self control, perseverance, and in your perseverance, godliness,and in your godliness, brotherly kindness, and in your brotherly kindness, love.

Finally then, brothers and sisters, we request and urge you in the Lord Jesus, that as you received instruction from us as to how you ought to walk and please God( just as you actually do walk), that you excel even more.For you know what instructions we gave you by the authority of the Lord Jesus.

A soothing tongue is a tree of life, But perversion in it crushes the spirit.

They* said to Him,“ Caesar’s.” Then He* said to them,“ Then pay to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s; and to God the things that are God’s.”
