是宜歡欣踴躍、灑然而樂。蓋爾之天爵大矣。前輩先知被人迫辱、亦猶是耳。

先知孰不為爾祖所凌辱乎？先知豫報聖者之來而爾祖殺之；今聖者已至、而爾曹又鬻而殺之矣！

祖殺先知、而爾築其墓足徵爾實默認乃祖之所為矣。因此天主之妙慧、曾作警言曰：「予遣先知宗徒於若輩有為所害、有為所辱、故自有世以來、眾先知所流之血、咸將歸於斯代。」予誡語爾自亞伯之血、以至被害於殿壇間者撒迦利亞之血、悉將歸咎於斯代也。哀哉明律士！爾曹奪去知識之管籥、己不願進、亦不容人之進也。』耶穌方辭出、經生及法利塞人積怨既深、迫之彌甚、激使多言、

雖然今日明日後日、必須奮赴前程；先知固不宜死於耶路撒冷外。『耶路撒冷乎！殘殺先知、石擊天主使臣之耶路撒冷乎！吾之欲集汝兒女、若牝禽之覆翼其雛者、不已頻乎！而汝終莫之許也！

實則爾已自證為殺先知者之後矣。乃祖惡貫、爾其盈之！嗟爾虺蝮之種將何以逃於地獄之刑乎？是故吾遣先知哲人經師於爾、爾或刃之釘之、或鞭之於會堂、逐之於諸邑、庶幾凡世上所流義血、自義者亞伯之血、以至殿臺間被殺者巴辣基子襍加理之血、皆歸於爾。

耶路撒冷乎、嗟爾殘殺先知、石擊天主星使之耶路撒冷乎！吾之欲集爾子女、如牝雞之覆翼其雛者、不已頻乎？而爾終莫之許也。

眾應曰：『願其血歸我及我子孫。』

詎知大司祭及紳宦、竟捕解判死、釘之十字架、

惟當時多數之人、不為天主所悅、卒致橫屍遍野。

見猶太人悅此措施又執伯鐸祿。爾時正為除酵日。

被爾懸木而殉之耶穌、已為吾祖之天主所復活；

園戶執之、擊其一、殺其一、更以石斃其一。主乃遣他僕往索、其人數倍於前；園戶處之如故。最後乃使其子往取、意謂必尊吾子矣。孰意園戶一見其子、乃共議曰：「斯乃厥嗣、我等盍共殺之、可佔其產：」於是執而殺之葡萄園外。

爾曹殘殺生命之主、而天主則已使之起死回生吾儕實為其證。

見主語予曰：「速離耶路撒冷、勿延；以汝為予作證、其人必不領受。」予曰：「主乎、彼等詎不知予前曾將信主者置於獄中、又於各會堂中侮辱而鞭撻之；且主之證人司諦文遇害流血時、予亦在場、顧而樂之、並為兇手守衣焉。」主曰：「去！予將遣汝遠適異邦。」』眾聞彼陳述至此、高呼曰：『此人實無可生之理、地所不載、盍共除之！』

則爾與義塞民當知納匝勒人耶穌基督、即爾曹所釘於十字架者、天主已賜以復活。此人之所以能獲康復而挺立於爾前者、賴耶穌之名也。
