因為弟兄們，你們也像在猶太地基督耶穌裏的上帝眾教會那樣了。因為你們在自己同國人手下所受的苦、也正如他們在猶太人手下所受過的一樣。

弟兄们，你们曾效法犹太中在基督耶稣里神的各教会；因为你们也受了本地人的苦害，像他们受了犹太人的苦害一样。

弟兄们，你们与犹太地区上帝的各教会，就是在基督耶稣里的各教会，有同样的遭遇，因为你们也受了同胞的迫害，像他们受了犹太人的迫害一样。

弟兄们，你们与犹太地区神的各教会，就是在基督耶稣里的各教会，有同样的遭遇，因为你们也受了同胞的迫害，像他们受了犹太人的迫害一样。

弟兄姊妹，你们的遭遇和犹太地区基督耶稣的众教会的遭遇一样。你们受到了自己同胞的迫害，他们也受到了犹太人的迫害。

弟兄们，你们好像犹太地在基督耶稣里神的众教会一样，他们怎样遭受犹太人的迫害，你们也照样遭受同族人的迫害。

弟兄们，你们效法了犹太地区在基督耶稣里属神的各教会，因为你们也受了自己同胞的苦害，就像他们受了犹太人的苦害那样。

兄弟乎、爾曹曾效在猶太信基督耶穌之天主諸教會、蓋爾曹受苦於同族、如彼受苦於猶太人然、

兄弟乎、爾等實堪與猶太奉耶穌基督之諸教會、並駕齊驅。蓋爾等所遭受於爾國人之手者、與彼等所遭受於猶太人者、如出一轍也。

For you, brothers and sisters, became imitators of God’s churches in Judea, which are in Christ Jesus: You suffered from your own people the same things those churches suffered from the Jews

Brothers and sisters, you became like the members of God’s churches in Judea. They are believers in Christ Jesus, just as you are. Your own people made you suffer. You went through the same things the church members in Judea suffered from the Jews.

For you, brothers, became imitators of the churches of God in Christ Jesus that are in Judea. For you suffered the same things from your own countrymen as they did from the Jews,

And then, dear brothers and sisters, you suffered persecution from your own countrymen. In this way, you imitated the believers in God’s churches in Judea who, because of their belief in Christ Jesus, suffered from their own people, the Jews.

For you, brothers and sisters, became imitators of God’s churches in Christ Jesus that are in Judea, since you have also suffered the same things from people of your own country, just as they did from the Jews

For you, brothers and sisters, became imitators of the churches of God in Christ Jesus that are in Judea, for you also endured the same sufferings at the hands of your own countrymen, even as they did from the Jews,

For you, brethren, became imitators of the churches of God which are in Judea in Christ Jesus. For you also suffered the same things from your own countrymen, just as they did from the Judeans,

For ye, brethren, became imitators of the churches of God which are in Judæa in Christ Jesus: for ye also suffered the same things of your own countrymen, even as they did of the Jews;

For you, brothers, became imitators of God’s churches in Christ Jesus that are in Judea, since you have also suffered the same things from people of your own country, just as they did from the Jews

For ye, brethren, became followers of the churches of God which in Judaea are in Christ Jesus: for ye also have suffered like things of your own countrymen, even as they[ have] of the Jews:

For you became imitators, brothers and sisters, of God’s churches in Christ Jesus that are in Judea, because you too suffered the same things from your own countrymen as they in fact did from the Jews,

For you, brothers, became imitators of the assemblies of God which are in Judea in Christ Jesus; for you also suffered the same things from your own countrymen, even as they did from the Jews

我們在你們那裏的時候，就屢次先告訴你們說、我們將會受患難；事實正如所說的，你們也知道。

有的人被嗤笑為戲劇而受辱罵遭苦難，有的人則跟着這樣作人的作為契友。你們同情於被捆鎖的人，又以喜樂的心接受你們資財之被勒索，知道自己有較好而長存的家業。

以致我們在上帝的眾教會裏、親自拿你們來誇口，誇你們的堅忍和信心、在你們受的一切逼迫以及所忍受的患難中、仍然保持着。

弟兄們，我把上帝在馬其頓眾教會所賜的恩報給你們知道。就是在患難之大試驗中、他們喜樂之滿溢、跟他們很深的貧窮、竟溢流出他們慷慨施與之豐富來。

那時我還是猶太在基督裏的眾教會所沒見面認識的。

你們呢、也曾在大苦難中、以聖靈所喚起的喜樂接受了主的道而效法我們，也效法了主；

基督在他肉身的日子、既用壯烈的哭號和眼淚、向那能救他脫死的獻祈求和懇請，就因了虔敬而蒙垂聽；雖是兒子，還因所受的苦而學了聽從；

保羅、西拉和提摩太、寫信給帖撒羅尼迦人的教會，在我們的父上帝和主耶穌基督裏的。

但帖撒羅尼迦的猶太人知道上帝之道也在庇哩亞給保羅傳布開了，也就往那裏去，搖動羣眾，攪亂他們。

當時猶太、加利利、撒瑪利亞、全地的教會都得平安，得建立，在敬畏主蒙聖靈的鼓勵中前進，人數日見增加。

保羅西拉旅行過暗妃波里、亞波羅尼亞，來到帖撒羅尼迦，在那裏有猶太人的會堂。保羅照他素常所行的進去，一連三個安息日，根據經典和他們辯論，開講陳明上帝所膏立者必須受害，從死人中復起。又說：『我向你們傳揚的這位耶穌，就是上帝所膏立者。』他們中間有些人受了勸，就附從保羅和西拉，有一大羣虔敬的希利尼人，做領袖的婦女也不少。但是猶太人卻起了妒忌的心，招聚些市井惡人，搭夥成羣，轟亂那城，闖進耶孫的家，想法子要將保羅西拉帶交民眾。找不着他們，就把耶孫和幾個弟兄拖到眾城官那裏，呼喊着說：『這些攪亂天下的也到這裏來了！耶孫招待他們。這些人都作違背該撒詔諭的事，說另有個人耶穌是王。』他們使羣眾和城官們聽見了這些事而大為震盪不安。

司提反被殺掉、掃羅也贊同着。就在那一天就起了大逼迫、苦害那在耶路撒冷的教會；使徒以外，眾人都四散在猶太和撒瑪利亞各地區。

保羅、西拉、提摩太、寫信給帖撒羅尼迦人的教會、在父上帝和主耶穌基督裏的。願你們蒙恩平安。

但是掃羅，仍然向主的門徒噴吐恐嚇和兇殺的口氣。他上去見大祭司，

不過，照主所分給各人的，照上帝所呼召各人的是怎樣，他就該怎樣行。在眾教會裏、我所規定的、都是這樣。

亞拿尼亞回答說：『主啊，我從許多人聽見這個人的事，說他對在耶路撒冷的聖徒行了多麼大的苦害；

約當那時、希律王下手苦害屬教會的幾個人。用刀殺掉了約翰的哥哥雅各。他見這事叫猶太人喜歡，便加作了一件：連彼得也捉拿了。那時候是除酵的日子。

當時那些因司提反的事所引起的苦難而四散的人走遍那地方，直到腓尼基、居比路和安提阿，不對別人、只對猶太人講道。

掃羅卻殘害教會，走進各家，拖着男女，送去下監。
