And they sent messengers to the inhabitants of Kirjathjearim, saying, The Philistines have brought again the ark of the LORD; come ye down,[ and] fetch it up to you.

Then they sent messengers to the people of Kiriath Jearim, saying,“ The Philistines have returned the ark of the Lord. Come down and take it up to your town.”

Then messengers were sent to the people of Kiriath Jearim. The messengers said,“ The Philistines have returned the ark of the Lord. Come down and take it up to your town.”

So they sent messengers to the inhabitants of Kiriath-jearim, saying,“ The Philistines have returned the ark of the Lord. Come down and take it up to you.”

So they sent messengers to the people at Kiriath jearim and told them,“ The Philistines have returned the Ark of the Lord. Come here and get it!”

They sent messengers to the residents of Kiriath-jearim, saying,“ The Philistines have returned the ark of the LORD. Come down and get it.”

So they sent messengers to the inhabitants of Kiriath jearim, saying,“ The Philistines have brought back the ark of the Lord; come down and take it up to yourselves.”

So they sent messengers to the inhabitants of Kirjath Jearim, saying,“ The Philistines have brought back the ark of the Lord; come down and take it up with you.”

And they sent messengers to the inhabitants of Kiriath- jearim, saying, The Philistines have brought back the ark of Jehovah; come ye down, and fetch it up to you.

They sent messengers to the residents of Kiriath-jearim, saying,“ The Philistines have returned the ark of the Lord. Come down and get it.”

So they sent messengers to the residents of Kiriath Jearim, saying,“ The Philistines have returned the ark of the LORD. Come down here and take it back home with you.”

They sent messengers to the inhabitants of Kiriath Jearim, saying,“ The Philistines have brought back Yahweh’s ark. Come down and bring it up to yourselves.”

So David gathered all Israel together, from Shihor of Egypt even unto the entering of Hemath, to bring the ark of God from Kirjathjearim.And David went up, and all Israel, to Baalah,[ that is], to Kirjathjearim, which[ belonged] to Judah, to bring up thence the ark of God the LORD, that dwelleth[ between] the cherubims, whose name is called[ on it].

And the border was drawn[ thence], and compassed the corner of the sea southward, from the hill that[ lieth] before Bethhoron southward; and the goings out thereof were at Kirjathbaal, which[ is] Kirjathjearim, a city of the children of Judah: this[ was] the west quarter.

And the children of Israel journeyed, and came unto their cities on the third day. Now their cities[ were] Gibeon, and Chephirah, and Beeroth, and Kirjathjearim.

Therefore will I do unto[ this] house, which is called by my name, wherein ye trust, and unto the place which I gave to you and to your fathers, as I have done to Shiloh.

But go ye now unto my place which[ was] in Shiloh, where I set my name at the first, and see what I did to it for the wickedness of my people Israel.

And they went up, and pitched in Kirjathjearim, in Judah: wherefore they called that place Mahanehdan unto this day: behold,[ it is] behind Kirjathjearim.

So that he forsook the tabernacle of Shiloh, the tent[ which] he placed among men;

Kirjathbaal, which[ is] Kirjathjearim, and Rabbah; two cities with their villages:

And the border was drawn from the top of the hill unto the fountain of the water of Nephtoah, and went out to the cities of mount Ephron; and the border was drawn to Baalah, which[ is] Kirjathjearim:
