Saul spoke to his attendants. He said,“ Find me a woman who gets messages from those who have died. Then I can go and ask her some questions.”“ There’s a woman like that in Endor,” they said.

扫罗吩咐臣仆说：“当为我找一个交鬼的妇人，我好去问她。”臣仆说：“在隐多珥有一个交鬼的妇人。”

扫罗吩咐臣仆说：“为我找一个招魂的妇人，我好去问她。”臣仆对他说：“看哪，在隐‧多珥有一个招魂的妇人。”

扫罗吩咐臣仆说：“为我找一个招魂的妇人，我好去问她。”臣仆对他说：“看哪，在隐‧多珥有一个招魂的妇人。”

于是，扫罗命令臣仆找一个巫婆来，好求问她。臣仆在隐·多珥找到一个巫婆。

于是扫罗对他的臣仆说：“你们要为我寻找一个能交鬼的女人，我好去求问她。”他的臣仆回答他说：“在隐．多珥有一个能交鬼的女人。”

扫罗就对他的臣仆们说：“你们为我寻找一个招魂的女巫吧，我好去她那里求问。”臣仆们对他说：“看哪，在恩多尔有一个招魂的女巫。”

掃羅吩咐臣僕說：「當為我找一個交鬼的婦人，我好去問她。」臣僕說：「在隱‧多珥有一個交鬼的婦人。」

掃羅吩咐臣僕說：「為我找一個招魂的婦人，我好去問她。」臣僕對他說：「看哪，在隱‧多珥有一個招魂的婦人。」

掃羅吩咐臣僕說：「為我找一個招魂的婦人，我好去問她。」臣僕對他說：「看哪，在隱‧多珥有一個招魂的婦人。」

於是，掃羅命令臣僕找一個巫婆來，好求問她。臣僕在隱·多珥找到一個巫婆。

於是掃羅對他的臣僕說：“你們要為我尋找一個能交鬼的女人，我好去求問她。”他的臣僕回答他說：“在隱．多珥有一個能交鬼的女人。”

掃羅就對臣僕說：『要為我尋找一個有特質能交鬼的女人，我好去見她，去尋問她。』臣僕說：『看哪，在隱多珥有一個有特質能交鬼的女人呢。』

掃羅就對他的臣僕們說：「你們為我尋找一個招魂的女巫吧，我好去她那裡求問。」臣僕們對他說：「看哪，在恩多爾有一個招魂的女巫。」

掃羅謂其僕曰、為我尋一女巫、我將就而問焉、僕曰、在隱多珥有女巫、

掃羅命其臣僕、往求卜神所憑之婦、欲就見而問焉、僕曰、在隱多耳有婦、為卜神所憑。

掃羅命臣僕曰、爾為我尋一交鬼之婦、我欲往就之而問焉、臣僕日、在隱多珥有一交鬼之婦、

Saul then said to his attendants,“ Find me a woman who is a medium, so I may go and inquire of her.”“ There is one in Endor,” they said.

Then Saul said to his servants,“ Seek out for me a woman who is a medium, that I may go to her and inquire of her.” And his servants said to him,“ Behold, there is a medium at En-dor.”

Saul then said to his advisers,“ Find a woman who is a medium, so I can go and ask her what to do.” His advisers replied,“ There is a medium at Endor.”

Saul then said to his servants,“ Find me a woman who is a medium, so I can go and consult her.” His servants replied,“ There is a woman at En-dor who is a medium.”

Then Saul said to his servants,“ Find for me a woman who is a medium, so that I may go to her and inquire of her.” And his servants said to him,“ Behold, there is a woman who is a medium at En dor.”

Then Saul said to his servants,“ Find me a woman who is a medium, that I may go to her and inquire of her.” And his servants said to him,“ In fact, there is a woman who is a medium at En Dor.”

Then said Saul unto his servants, Seek me a woman that hath a familiar spirit, that I may go to her, and inquire of her. And his servants said to him, Behold, there is a woman that hath a familiar spirit at En- dor.

Saul then said to his servants,“ Find me a woman who is a medium, so I can go and consult her.” His servants replied,“ There is a woman at En-dor who is a medium.”

Then said Saul unto his servants, Seek me a woman that hath a familiar spirit, that I may go to her, and enquire of her. And his servants said to him, Behold,[ there is] a woman that hath a familiar spirit at Endor.

So Saul instructed his servants,“ Find me a woman who is a medium, so that I may go to her and inquire of her.” His servants replied to him,“ There is a woman who is a medium in Endor.”

Then Saul said to his servants,“ Seek for me a woman who has a familiar spirit, that I may go to her, and inquire of her.” His servants said to him,“ Behold, there is a woman who has a familiar spirit at Endor.”

Inside the land given to Issachar and Asher, the towns of Beth Shan and Ibleam belonged to Manasseh. The towns of Dor, Endor, Taanach and Megiddo and their people also belonged to Manasseh. Manasseh was given all those towns and the settlements around them. The third town in the list was also called Naphoth Dor.

One day we were going to the place of prayer. On the way we were met by a female slave. She had a spirit that helped her tell people what was going to happen. She earned a lot of money for her owners by doing this.

Saul died because he wasn’t faithful to the Lord. He didn’t obey the word of the Lord. He even asked for advice from a person who gets messages from people who have died.

Sisera and Jabin died near the town of Endor. Their bodies were left on the ground like human waste.

There are people who get messages from those who have died. But these people only whisper words that are barely heard. Suppose someone tells you to ask for advice from these people. Shouldn’t you ask for advice from your God instead? Why should you get advice from dead people to help those who are alive?Follow what the Lord taught you and said to you through me. People who don’t speak in keeping with these words will have no hope in the morning.

Don’t put a spell on anyone. Don’t get messages from those who have died. Don’t talk to the spirits of the dead. Don’t get advice from the dead.

Ahaziah had fallen through the window of his upstairs room in Samaria. He had hurt himself. So he sent messengers to ask the god named Baal- Zebub for advice. Baal- Zebub was the god of the city of Ekron. Ahaziah said to the messengers,“ Go and ask Baal- Zebub whether I will get well again.”But the angel of the Lord spoke to Elijah, who was from Tishbe. The angel said,“ Go up to see the messengers of Ahaziah, the king of Samaria. Tell them,‘ You are on your way to ask Baal- Zebub for advice. He is the god of Ekron. Are you going there to pray to that god? Do you think there is no God in Israel?’

“‘ Do not look for advice from people who get messages from those who have died. Do not go to people who talk to the spirits of the dead. If you do, they will make you“ unclean.” I am the Lord your God.

The message I give you waits for the time I have appointed. It speaks about what is going to happen. And all of it will come true. It might take a while. But wait for it. You can be sure it will come. It will happen when I want it to.

The people of Egypt will lose hope. I will keep them from doing what they plan to do. They will ask their gods for advice. They will turn to the spirits of dead people for help. They will go to people who get messages from those who have died. They will ask for advice from people who talk to the spirits of the dead.

Elisha was still talking to the elders when the messenger came down to him. The king also arrived. He said,“ The Lord has sent this horrible trouble on us. Why should I wait any longer for him to help us?”

The Lord is good to those who put their hope in him. He is good to those who look to him.It is good when people wait quietly for the Lord to save them.

Samuel had died. The whole nation of Israel was filled with sorrow because he was dead. They had buried him in his own town of Ramah. Saul had thrown out of the land people who get messages from those who have died. He had also thrown out people who talk to the spirits of the dead.
