勇士啊，你为何以作恶为荣？上帝的慈爱永远长存。你这诡诈的人啊，舌头利如剃刀，尽是害人的奸计。你喜爱邪恶，不爱良善；你喜爱虚谎，不爱真理。（细拉）你有诡诈的舌头，好说恶言恶语。上帝必永远毁灭你，祂必抓住你，把你从家里拉出来，从活人之地铲除。（细拉）义人看见必心生敬畏，他们必嘲笑说：“看啊，这就是不依靠上帝的人，他只倚仗自己的财富和以残暴手段获得的权势。”我就像上帝殿中的一棵橄榄树，枝繁叶茂，我永永远远信靠上帝的慈爱。上帝啊，我要永远赞美你的作为。我要在你忠心的子民面前仰望你美善的名。

那时扫罗刚好赶着牛从田间回来，便问道：“发生了什么事？为什么大家都在哭？”百姓把雅比的情况告诉了他。

亚伯兰的牧人和罗得的牧人彼此争执。那时，迦南人和比利洗人也住在那里。亚伯兰对罗得说：“我们不该彼此争执，我们的牧人也不该互相争执，因为我们是骨肉至亲。

于是，保罗和四位弟兄第二天行了洁净礼，然后上圣殿报告他们洁净期满的日子，好在期满后让祭司为他们每个人献祭物。当七日的洁净期将满的时候，有些从亚细亚来的犹太人发现保罗在圣殿里，就煽动众人去抓他。

你们偷盗、谋杀、通奸、起假誓、向巴力献祭、拜素不认识的神明，然后来到这用来敬拜我的殿，站在我面前说自己安全了，以为可以继续做可憎之事。难道这用来敬拜我的殿在你们眼中竟成了贼窝？这些事，我都看在眼里。这是耶和华说的。

他们随着人群来到你面前，坐着聆听你的话，俨然像我的子民。但他们不付诸实行，嘴里说的是甜言蜜语，心中却追求不义之财。

又在旷野建造瞭望塔，挖了许多水井，因为他在高原和平原有很多牲畜。他雇人在山区和沃野为他耕种和照料葡萄园，因为他喜爱农耕。

你们盼望朔日和安息日快点过去，你们好售卖谷物。你们用小升斗卖粮，用加重的砝码收银子，用假秤骗人。

基拉耳的牧人与以撒的牧人争吵起来，都说：“这口井是我们的。”于是，以撒便称那口井为埃色。

“‘这些人嘴上尊崇我，心却远离我，

扫罗统治以色列后，常常攻打四围的摩押人、亚扪人、以东人、琐巴的诸王和非利士人等仇敌，无往而不胜。
