亦使此會咸知耶和華施行拯救、非以劍以槍、蓋戰事屬於耶和華、彼必付爾於我手、

亦使斯大會知耶和華救人、非藉劍戟、其使人獲勝者、乃任意以行、將付爾於我手。

亦使此大會知主使人獲勝、非藉刀與槍、蓋戰之勝敗在乎主、原文作戰事屬乎主將付爾於我儕手、

All those gathered here will know that it is not by sword or spear that the Lord saves; for the battle is the Lord’s, and he will give all of you into our hands.”

The Lord doesn’t rescue people by using a sword or a spear. And everyone here will know it. The battle belongs to the Lord. He will hand all of you over to us.”

and that all this assembly may know that the Lord saves not with sword and spear. For the battle is the Lord’s, and he will give you into our hand.”

And everyone assembled here will know that the Lord rescues his people, but not with sword and spear. This is the Lord’s battle, and he will give you to us!”

and this whole assembly will know that it is not by sword or by spear that the LORD saves, for the battle is the LORD’s. He will hand you over to us.”

我不倚靠我的弓，我的劍不能使我得勝。只有你使我們戰勝敵人，使我們的仇敵蒙羞。

但我要憐憫猶大家，使他們依靠他們的上帝耶和華得到拯救，而不是依靠戰弓、刀劍、馬匹、騎兵和戰爭。」

約拿單對拿兵器的年輕人說：「我們去那些未受割禮之人的軍營，也許耶和華會幫助我們。祂使人得勝不在乎人數多少。」

他對我說：「這是耶和華對所羅巴伯講的話。萬軍之耶和華說，『不靠權勢，不靠才能，乃靠我的靈。

然而，靠著愛我們的主，我們在這一切事上已經得勝有餘了。

對於這些事，我們還可以說什麼呢？上帝若幫助我們，誰能與我們對抗？

亞撒呼求他的上帝耶和華說：「耶和華啊，唯有你才能幫助弱小的勝過強大的。我們的上帝耶和華啊，求你幫助我們，因為我們依靠你，奉你的名迎戰這大軍。耶和華啊，你是我們的上帝，不要讓人勝過你。」

他說：「全體猶大人、耶路撒冷的居民和約沙法王啊，你們要留心聽！耶和華對你們如此說，『你們不要因敵軍強大而恐懼驚慌，因為戰爭的勝敗不在乎你們，而在乎上帝。明天你們下去迎敵，敵軍會從洗斯坡上來，你們一定會在耶魯伊勒曠野前面的谷口遇見他們。你們不用與他們交戰，只要守住陣勢，站立不動，看耶和華為你們施行拯救。猶大人和耶路撒冷人啊，不要恐懼，不要驚慌，明天只管出去迎敵，耶和華必與你們同在！』」

君王不能靠兵多取勝，勇士不能憑力大獲救。靠戰馬取勝實屬妄想，馬雖力大也不能救人。

祂的國必長治久安。祂必坐在大衛的寶座上以公平和公義治國，使國家永固。萬軍之耶和華必熱切地成就此事。

任何智慧、悟性和謀略，都不能對抗耶和華。馬為爭戰之日預備，勝敗由耶和華決定。

萬軍之耶和華與我們同在，雅各的上帝是我們的堡壘。
