如果他們對我們這樣說：‘你們站住！等我們到你們那裡去。’我們就站在原地，不上他們那裡去。

他們若這樣對我們說：「你們且止住，等我們到你們接觸」，那麼、我們就在我們的地方站住，不上他們那裏去。

如果他們對我們說：『站住，等我們過到你們那裡！』我們就留在原地，不上他們那裡去。

如彼曰、俟我至爾、我則佇立、不往就之、

如彼曰、爾曹勿動、以俟我至。則我仍駐於己所、不往迎之。

If they say to us,‘ Wait there until we come to you,’ we will stay where we are and not go up to them.

Suppose they say to us,‘ Wait there until we come to you.’ Then we’ll stay where we are. We won’t go up to them.

If they say to us,‘ Wait until we come to you,’ then we will stand still in our place, and we will not go up to them.

If they say to us,‘ Stay where you are or we’ll kill you,’ then we will stop and not go up to them.

If they say,‘ Wait until we reach you,’ then we will stay where we are and not go up to them.

If they say to us,‘ Wait until we come to you’; then we will stand in our place and not go up to them.

If they say thus to us,‘ Wait until we come to you,’ then we will stand still in our place and not go up to them.

If they say thus unto us, Tarry until we come to you; then we will stand still in our place, and will not go up unto them.

If they say,‘ Wait until we reach you,’ then we will stay where we are and not go up to them.

If they say thus unto us, Tarry until we come to you; then we will stand still in our place, and will not go up unto them.

If they say to us,‘ Stay put until we approach you,’ we will stay right there and not go up to them.

If they say this to us,‘ Wait until we come to you!’ then we will stand still in our place, and will not go up to them.
