Therefore let those who suffer according to the will of God commit their souls to Him in doing good, as to a faithful Creator.

因此，那些照著神的旨意受苦的人，要藉著行善把自己的靈魂交託給那位信實的造物主。

故循上帝旨而受苦者、宜以善行託己靈於誠信造化之主也、

若上帝旨使爾受苦、則當行善、創造之主、言出惟行、當以魂托之、

故循天主之旨受苦者、惟當行善、以靈魂託於誠實可信創造萬物之主、以靈魂託於誠實可信創造萬物之主或作創造之主誠實可信當以靈魂託之

因此、吾願凡遵循天主意旨、正在受苦受難者、行善不輟、自強不息、而坦然將其靈魂託付於至誠之主宰也。

So then, those who suffer according to God’s will should commit themselves to their faithful Creator and continue to do good.

Here is what people who suffer because of God’s plan should do. They should commit themselves to their faithful Creator. And they should continue to do good.

Therefore let those who suffer according to God’s will entrust their souls to a faithful Creator while doing good.

So if you are suffering in a manner that pleases God, keep on doing what is right, and trust your lives to the God who created you, for he will never fail you.

So then, let those who suffer according to God’s will entrust themselves to a faithful Creator while doing what is good.

Therefore, those also who suffer according to the will of God are to entrust their souls to a faithful Creator in doing what is right.

Wherefore let them also that suffer according to the will of God commit their souls in well- doing unto a faithful Creator.

So those who suffer according to God’s will should, while doing what is good, entrust themselves to a faithful Creator.

Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls[ to him] in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.

So then let those who suffer according to the will of God entrust their souls to a faithful Creator as they do good.

Therefore let them also who suffer according to the will of God in doing good entrust their souls to him, as to a faithful Creator.

For it is better, if it is the will of God, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil.

For this reason I also suffer these things; nevertheless I am not ashamed, for I know whom I have believed and am persuaded that He is able to keep what I have committed to Him until that Day.

Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you;but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ’s sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy.If you are reproached for the name of Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. On their part He is blasphemed, but on your part He is glorified.But let none of you suffer as a murderer, a thief, an evildoer, or as a busybody in other people’s matters.Yet if anyone suffers as a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God in this matter.

Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass.

eternal life to those who by patient continuance in doing good seek for glory, honor, and immortality;

The Lord will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever; Do not forsake the works of Your hands.

Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, Whose hope is in the Lord his God,Who made heaven and earth, The sea, and all that is in them; Who keeps truth forever,

My God sent His angel and shut the lions’ mouths, so that they have not hurt me, because I was found innocent before Him; and also, O king, I have done no wrong before you.”

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego answered and said to the king,“ O Nebuchadnezzar, we have no need to answer you in this matter.If that is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, O king.But if not, let it be known to you, O king, that we do not serve your gods, nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up.”

When he had come to us, he took Paul’s belt, bound his own hands and feet, and said,“ Thus says the Holy Spirit,‘ so shall the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man who owns this belt, and deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles.’”Now when we heard these things, both we and those from that place pleaded with him not to go up to Jerusalem.Then Paul answered,“ What do you mean by weeping and breaking my heart? For I am ready not only to be bound, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.”So when he would not be persuaded, we ceased, saying,“ The will of the Lord be done.”

“ Behold, I have created the blacksmith Who blows the coals in the fire, Who brings forth an instrument for his work; And I have created the spoiler to destroy.No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, And their righteousness is from Me,” Says the Lord.

For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist.And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.For it pleased the Father that in Him all the fullness should dwell,and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross.

For this is the will of God, that by doing good you may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men—

And they stoned Stephen as he was calling on God and saying,“ Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.”

And they sang a new song, saying:“ You are worthy to take the scroll, And to open its seals; For You were slain, And have redeemed us to God by Your blood Out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation,And have made us kings and priests to our God; And we shall reign on the earth.”Then I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne, the living creatures, and the elders; and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands,saying with a loud voice:“ Worthy is the Lamb who was slain To receive power and riches and wisdom, And strength and honor and glory and blessing!”And every creature which is in heaven and on the earth and under the earth and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, I heard saying:“ Blessing and honor and glory and power Be to Him who sits on the throne, And to the Lamb, forever and ever!”Then the four living creatures said,“ Amen!” And the twenty-four elders fell down and worshiped Him who lives forever and ever.

Into Your hand I commit my spirit; You have redeemed me, O Lord God of truth.

And when Jesus had cried out with a loud voice, He said,“ Father,‘ into Your hands I commit My spirit.’” Having said this, He breathed His last.

And the priests and the prophets spoke to the princes and all the people, saying,“ This man deserves to die! For he has prophesied against this city, as you have heard with your ears.”Then Jeremiah spoke to all the princes and all the people, saying:“ The Lord sent me to prophesy against this house and against this city with all the words that you have heard.Now therefore, amend your ways and your doings, and obey the voice of the Lord your God; then the Lord will relent concerning the doom that He has pronounced against you.As for me, here I am, in your hand; do with me as seems good and proper to you.But know for certain that if you put me to death, you will surely bring innocent blood on yourselves, on this city, and on its inhabitants; for truly the Lord has sent me to you to speak all these words in your hearing.”

has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds;who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,

This people I have formed for Myself; They shall declare My praise.

“ Go, gather all the Jews who are present in Shushan, and fast for me; neither eat nor drink for three days, night or day. My maids and I will fast likewise. And so I will go to the king, which is against the law; and if I perish, I perish!”

Everyone who is called by My name, Whom I have created for My glory; I have formed him, yes, I have made him.”

Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went home. And in his upper room, with his windows open toward Jerusalem, he knelt down on his knees three times that day, and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as was his custom since early days.Then these men assembled and found Daniel praying and making supplication before his God.

Why do you say, O Jacob, And speak, O Israel:“ My way is hidden from the Lord, And my just claim is passed over by my God”?Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, The Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable.

the twenty-four elders fall down before Him who sits on the throne and worship Him who lives forever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying:“ You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, And by Your will they exist and were created.”

“ I, even I, am He who comforts you. Who are you that you should be afraid Of a man who will die, And of the son of a man who will be made like grass?And you forget the Lord your Maker, Who stretched out the heavens And laid the foundations of the earth; You have feared continually every day Because of the fury of the oppressor, When he has prepared to destroy. And where is the fury of the oppressor?
