Based on the gift each one has received, use it to serve others, as good managers of the varied grace of God.

各人要照所得的恩赐彼此服侍，作神百般恩赐的好管家。

各依所受恩賜以相施、如忠信之執事、司上帝鴻恩者、

各宜共事、依所受之恩賜、猶忠信執事、司上帝諸恩賜、

各宜按所受之恩賜、交相供事、如忠信之家宰、司理天主恩賜者、

各按所賦才能、互相效勞、庶無負天主多方授才之美意。蓋凡百才能、皆屬天主之付託；爾當忠心耿耿，無忝所受之惠也。

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.

God’s gifts of grace come in many forms. Each of you has received a gift in order to serve others. You should use it faithfully.

As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace:

God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another.

Just as each one has received a gift, use it to serve others, as good stewards of the varied grace of God.

As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the multifaceted grace of God.

As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.

according as each hath received a gift, ministering it among yourselves, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God;

As every man hath received the gift,[ even so] minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.

Just as each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another as good stewards of the varied grace of God.

As each has received a gift, employ it in serving one another, as good managers of the grace of God in its various forms.

According to the grace given to us, we have different gifts: If prophecy, use it according to the standard of one’s faith;if service, in service; if teaching, in teaching;if exhorting, in exhortation; giving, with generosity; leading, with diligence; showing mercy, with cheerfulness.

Now there are different gifts, but the same Spirit.There are different ministries, but the same Lord.And there are different activities, but the same God activates each gift in each person.A demonstration of the Spirit is given to each person to produce what is beneficial:to one is given a message of wisdom through the Spirit, to another, a message of knowledge by the same Spirit,to another, faith by the same Spirit, to another, gifts of healing by the one Spirit,to another, the performing of miracles, to another, prophecy, to another, distinguishing between spirits, to another, different kinds of languages, to another, interpretation of languages.But one and the same Spirit is active in all these, distributing to each person as He wills.

A person should consider us in this way: as servants of Christ and managers of God’s mysteries.In this regard, it is expected of managers that each one of them be found faithful.

But by God’s grace I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not ineffective. However, I worked more than any of them, yet not I, but God’s grace that was with me.

According to God’s grace that was given to me, I have laid a foundation as a skilled master builder, and another builds on it. But each one must be careful how he builds on it.

For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life— a ransom for many.”

The Lord said:“ Who then is the faithful and sensible manager his master will put in charge of his household servants to give them their allotted food at the proper time?

For God is not unjust; He will not forget your work and the love you showed for His name when you served the saints— and you continue to serve them.

This grace was given to me— the least of all the saints— to proclaim to the Gentiles the incalculable riches of the Messiah,

He called 10 of his slaves, gave them 10 minas, and told them,‘ Engage in business until I come back.’

Yes, they were pleased, and indeed are indebted to them. For if the Gentiles have shared in their spiritual benefits, then they are obligated to minister to Jews in material needs.

For who makes you so superior? What do you have that you didn’t receive? If, in fact, you did receive it, why do you boast as if you hadn’t received it?

For an overseer, as God’s administrator, must be blameless, not arrogant, not hot-tempered, not addicted to wine, not a bully, not greedy for money,

“ For it is just like a man going on a journey. He called his own slaves and turned over his possessions to them.To one he gave five talents; to another, two; and to another, one— to each according to his own ability. Then he went on a journey. Immediately

He also said to the disciples:“ There was a rich man who received an accusation that his manager was squandering his possessions.So he called the manager in and asked,‘ What is this I hear about you? Give an account of your management, because you can no longer be my manager.’“ Then the manager said to himself,‘ What should I do, since my master is taking the management away from me? I’m not strong enough to dig; I’m ashamed to beg.I know what I’ll do so that when I’m removed from management, people will welcome me into their homes.’“ So he summoned each one of his master’s debtors.‘ How much do you owe my master?’ he asked the first one.“‘ A hundred measures of olive oil,’ he said.“‘ Take your invoice,’ he told him,‘ sit down quickly, and write 50.’“ Next he asked another,‘ How much do you owe?’“‘ A hundred measures of wheat,’ he said.“‘ Take your invoice,’ he told him,‘ and write 80.’“ The master praised the unrighteous manager because he had acted astutely. For the sons of this age are more astute than the sons of light in dealing with their own people.

“ Who then is a faithful and sensible slave, whom his master has put in charge of his household, to give them food at the proper time?

Joanna the wife of Chuza, Herod’s steward; Susanna; and many others who were supporting them from their possessions.

“ Then they too will answer,‘ Lord, when did we see You hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or without clothes, or sick, or in prison, and not help You?’

just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life— a ransom for many.”

And He personally gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors and teachers,

May the Lord grant that he obtain mercy from Him on that day. And you know very well how much he ministered at Ephesus.

Right now I am traveling to Jerusalem to serve the saints,

Working together with Him, we also appeal to you,“ Don’t receive God’s grace in vain.”

This good news of the kingdom will be proclaimed in all the world as a testimony to all nations. And then the end will come.

Now concerning the ministry to the saints, it is unnecessary for me to write to you.

For at that time there will be great tribulation, the kind that hasn’t taken place from the beginning of the world until now and never will again!
