但是我告诉你们：不要与恶人作对。有人打你的右脸，连另一边也转过去由他打。

以恶报善的，祸患必不离他的家。

“可是我告诉你们这些听的人，要爱你们的仇敌！要善待恨你们的人！要祝福诅咒你们的人！要为凌辱你们的人祷告！有人打你的脸，连另一边也由他打。有人拿你的外衣，连内衣也由他拿去。

并且劳碌，亲手做工；被人咒骂，我们就祝福；被人迫害，我们就忍受；被人毁谤，我们就劝导。直到如今，人还把我们看作世上的污秽，万物中的渣滓。

要仁慈相待，存怜悯的心，彼此饶恕，正如神在基督里饶恕了你们一样。

你们若因犯罪受责打而忍耐，有什么可称赞的呢？但你们若因行善受苦而忍耐，这在神看来是可赞许的。你们蒙召就是为此，因为基督也为你们受过苦，给你们留下榜样，为要使你们跟随他的脚踪。“他并没有犯罪，口里也没有诡诈。”他被辱骂不还口，受害也不说威吓的话，只将自己交托给公义的审判者。

于是王要向他右边的说：‘你们这蒙我父赐福的，可来承受那创世以来为你们所预备的国。

我们知道，万事都互相效力，叫爱神的人得益处，就是按他旨意被召的人。

那赐一切恩典的神曾在基督里召了你们，得享他永远的荣耀，在你们暂受苦难之后，必要亲自成全你们，坚固你们，赐力量给你们，建立你们。

他所预定的人，他又召他们来；所召来的人，他又称他们为义；所称为义的人，他又叫他们得荣耀。

说：“我必多多赐福给你；我必使你大大增多。”

凡为我的名撇下房屋，或是兄弟、姊妹、父亲、母亲、儿女、田地的，将得着百倍，并且承受永生。

有一个律法师起来试探耶稣，说：“老师！我该做什么才可以承受永生？”
