基督今已昇天、位於天主右、一切天神及權德諸品、莫不翕然順服、統於一尊。

who has gone into heaven and is at God’s right hand— with angels, authorities and powers in submission to him.

因为基督不是进入了人手所造的圣所——那不过是真圣所的象征——而是进入了上天本身，如今替我们显现在神的面前。

仰望信仰的创始者和成终者耶稣。他为了那摆在他前面的喜乐，就轻看羞辱，忍受了十字架，如今坐在神宝座的右边。

神曾将这能力运作在基督的身上，使基督从死人中复活，并且使他在天上坐在自己的右边，远远高过一切统治的、掌权的、有势力的、有主权的，和一切被称的名号，不仅在这世代，而且也在那将要来临的世代。

以上所说的要点是：我们有这样的一位大祭司，已经坐在诸天之上至尊者的宝座右边，

这样，主耶稣对他们说完话以后，就被接到天上，坐在神的右边。

事实上，我深信：无论是死、是生、是天使、是统治者、是现在的事、是将来的事、是有势力的、

所以，你们如果已经与基督一同复活了，就应当寻求上面的事；在那里，基督坐在神的右边。

到底谁能定我们的罪呢？基督耶稣是已经死了的那一位——但更要说，他已经复活了，而且现今在神的右边，还为我们代求！

耶稣已经为我们做先锋进入了那里，照着麦基洗德的等级做大祭司，直到永远。

而这一位为赎罪孽献上了一个永远的祭物，就在神的右边坐下了，

大卫并没有升到诸天之上去，可是他说，‘主对我主说：你坐在我的右边，等我把你的敌人放在你的脚下做脚凳。’“因此，以色列全家都当确实知道：被你们钉上十字架的这位耶稣，神已经委任他为主、为基督了。”

说：“各位加利利人哪，你们为什么站在这里望着天呢？这位从你们中间被接到天上去的耶稣，将来也要这样回来，就像你们看到他升天那样。”

再后才是结局。那时候，基督要把国度交给父神；同时，基督要废除一切统治的、掌权的、有势力的，

‘主对我主说：你坐在我的右边，等我把你的敌人放在你的脚下。’

他是神荣耀的光辉，是神本体的真像，以自己大能的话语托住万有。他成就了洁净罪孽的事，就坐在高天至尊者的右边。

大卫藉着圣灵，自己说过：‘主对我主说：你坐在我的右边，等我把你的敌人放在你的脚下。’

从前神到底对哪一位天使说过：“你坐在我的右边，等我把你的敌人放在你的脚下做脚凳”呢？

不过天必须留他，直到万有复兴的时候，就是神自古以来藉着圣先知们的口所说的那时候。

大卫自己在诗篇里说：‘主对我主说：你坐在我的右边，

耶和华对我主宣告：“你坐在我的右边，等我使你的仇敌作你的脚凳。”
