Taste and see that the Lord is good. Oh, the joys of those who take refuge in him!

How wonderful and beautiful they will be! The young men will thrive on abundant grain, and the young women will flourish on new wine.

who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the power of the age to come—and who then turn away from God. It is impossible to bring such people back to repentance; by rejecting the Son of God, they themselves are nailing him to the cross once again and holding him up to public shame.

Those who know your name trust in you, for you, O Lord, do not abandon those who search for you.

Who is the King of glory? The Lord, strong and mighty; the Lord, invincible in battle.

You satisfy me more than the richest feast. I will praise you with songs of joy.

Like the finest apple tree in the orchard is my lover among other young men. I sit in his delightful shade and taste his delicious fruit.
