蓋爾之新生、非萌自可朽之種子、乃藉永生天主之聖道、而萌於不朽之種子也。

For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God.

You have been born again by means of the living word of God. His word lasts forever. You were not born again from a seed that will die. You were born from a seed that can’t die.

我们主耶稣基督的父神是应当称颂的。他照着自己的大怜悯，藉着耶稣基督从死人中复活，重生了我们，使我们有永活的盼望，

因为神的道是活的，是有效的，比一切两刃的剑更锋利，甚至可以刺入剖开魂与灵，关节与骨髓，并且能够辨明心中的思想和意念。

这必朽坏的必须穿上不朽坏的，这必死的必须穿上不死的；这必朽坏的既穿上了不朽坏的，这必死的既穿上了不死的，那时，经上的话就应验了：“胜利了！死亡已经被吞灭。

他们不是从血统生的，不是从肉身的意思生的，也不是从人意生的，而是从神生的。

耶稣回答：“我实实在在告诉你，人若不重生，就不能见神的国。”

耶稣回答：“我实实在在告诉你，人若不是从水和圣灵生的，就不能进神的国。

使人活的是灵，肉体是无济于事的。我对你们所说的话是灵、是生命。

唯有主的道，永远长存。”所传给你们的福音就是这道。

我们知道凡从神生的就不犯罪，而且从神生的那一位也必保守他，连那恶者也不能碰他。

天地都要过去，但我的话决不会废去。

他凭着自己的旨意，藉着真理的道生了我们，使我们作他所造的万物中初熟的果子。

万有是藉着他造的；凡被造的，没有一样不是藉着他造的。

他们用必朽坏的人、飞禽、走兽和昆虫的形象，取代了永不朽坏的神的荣耀。

作了梦的先知，让他把梦述说出来；但得了我话语的先知，该忠实地传讲我的话。禾秆怎能和麦子相比呢？”这是耶和华的宣告。

我要斥责你们的子孙，也要把粪涂抹在你们的脸上，就是节期祭牲的粪；人要把你们抬到粪堆去。”
