so that we who had already put our hope in the Messiah might bring praise to His glory.When you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and when you believed in Him, you were also sealed with the promised Holy Spirit.

For God sent Him, and He speaks God’s words, since He gives the Spirit without measure.

This is why, since I heard about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints,

The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified His Servant Jesus, whom you handed over and denied in the presence of Pilate, when he had decided to release Him.

Therefore, He is always able to save those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to intercede for them.

Therefore, leaving the elementary message about the Messiah, let us go on to maturity, not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, faith in God,
