Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into.

It was revealed to them that they were not serving themselves but you, when they spoke of the things that have now been told you by those who have preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven. Even angels long to look into these things.

And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise:God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words[ are] closed up and sealed till the time of the end.

But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.

For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard[ it].

God also bearing[ them] witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?

But go thou thy way till the end[ be]: for thou shalt rest, and stand in thy lot at the end of the days.

To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:

And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;

But God hath revealed[ them] unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught[ it], but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.

Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.

And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:

Then was the secret revealed unto Daniel in a night vision. Then Daniel blessed the God of heaven.

For our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Ghost, and in much assurance; as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake.And ye became followers of us, and of the Lord, having received the word in much affliction, with joy of the Holy Ghost:

For ye remember, brethren, our labour and travail: for labouring night and day, because we would not be chargeable unto any of you, we preached unto you the gospel of God.

All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and[ he] to whomsoever the Son will reveal[ him].

And they departed, and went through the towns, preaching the gospel, and healing every where.

Until the spirit be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness be a fruitful field, and the fruitful field be counted for a forest.

He revealeth the deep and secret things: he knoweth what[ is] in the darkness, and the light dwelleth with him.

For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring:And they shall spring up[ as] among the grass, as willows by the water courses.One shall say, I[ am] the LORD’S; and another shall call[ himself] by the name of Jacob; and another shall subscribe[ with] his hand unto the LORD, and surname[ himself] by the name of Israel.

By pureness, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Ghost, by love unfeigned,

And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for[ his] only[ son], and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for[ his] firstborn.

And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed[ it] unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

In the third year of Cyrus king of Persia a thing was revealed unto Daniel, whose name was called Belteshazzar; and the thing[ was] true, but the time appointed[ was] long: and he understood the thing, and had understanding of the vision.

Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.

At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes.

And it was revealed unto him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lord’s Christ.

And the cherubims shall stretch forth[ their] wings on high, covering the mercy seat with their wings, and their faces[ shall look] one to another; toward the mercy seat shall the faces of the cherubims be.

Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:Of sin, because they believe not on me;Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more;Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear,[ that] shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew[ it] unto you.All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew[ it] unto you.

Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.

And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins.The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them.

Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Turn you at my reproof: behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you.

The king answered unto Daniel, and said, Of a truth[ it is], that your God[ is] a God of gods, and a Lord of kings, and a revealer of secrets, seeing thou couldest reveal this secret.

For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

Through mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God; so that from Jerusalem, and round about unto Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ.

But there is a God in heaven that revealeth secrets, and maketh known to the king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days. Thy dream, and the visions of thy head upon thy bed, are these;As for thee, O king, thy thoughts came[ into thy mind] upon thy bed, what should come to pass hereafter: and he that revealeth secrets maketh known to thee what shall come to pass.

And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

Then I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said unto that certain[ saint] which spake, How long[ shall be] the vision[ concerning] the daily[ sacrifice], and the transgression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot?

Then I Daniel looked, and, behold, there stood other two, the one on this side of the bank of the river, and the other on that side of the bank of the river.And[ one] said to the man clothed in linen, which[ was] upon the waters of the river, How long[ shall it be to] the end of these wonders?

These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of[ them], and embraced[ them], and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.

And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.

And they, when they had testified and preached the word of the Lord, returned to Jerusalem, and preached the gospel in many villages of the Samaritans.

While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word.

Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?

Then Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, said unto them, Ye rulers of the people, and elders of Israel,

And it shall come to pass afterward,[ that] I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:

So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.

Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

And after he had seen the vision, immediately we endeavoured to go into Macedonia, assuredly gathering that the Lord had called us for to preach the gospel unto them.
