“国中若有饥荒、瘟疫、旱风、霉烂、蝗虫、蚂蚱，或有仇敌犯境围困城邑，无论遭遇什么灾祸疾病，

“这地若有饥荒、瘟疫、焚风、霉烂、蝗虫、蚂蚱，或有仇敌围困这地的城门，无论遭遇什么灾祸疾病，

“这地若有饥荒、瘟疫、焚风、霉烂、蝗虫、蚂蚱，或有仇敌围困这地的城门，无论遭遇什么灾祸疾病，

“如果国中有饥荒、瘟疫、旱灾、霉病、蝗灾、虫灾，或是城邑被敌人围困，无论遭遇什么灾祸疾病，

“如果这地有饥荒、瘟疫、旱风、霉烂、蝗虫、蚂蚱，或有仇敌把他们围困在城里，无论遭遇什么灾祸，什么疾病，

「國中若有饑荒、瘟疫、旱風、霉爛、蝗蟲、螞蚱，或有仇敵犯境圍困城邑，無論遭遇甚麼災禍疾病，

「這地若有饑荒、瘟疫、焚風、霉爛、蝗蟲、螞蚱，或有仇敵圍困這地的城門，無論遭遇甚麼災禍疾病，

「這地若有饑荒、瘟疫、焚風、霉爛、蝗蟲、螞蚱，或有仇敵圍困這地的城門，無論遭遇甚麼災禍疾病，

「如果國中有饑荒、瘟疫、旱災、黴病、蝗災、蟲災，或是城邑被敵人圍困，無論遭遇什麼災禍疾病，

“如果這地有饑荒、瘟疫、旱風、霉爛、蝗蟲、螞蚱，或有仇敵把他們圍困在城裡，無論遭遇甚麼災禍，甚麼疾病，

『此地若有饑荒、瘟疫、旱風、霉爛、蝗蟲、螞蚱，若有仇敵圍困城市之地，無論甚麼災病、甚麼病痛，

若斯土有饑饉疫癘、五穀枯稿霉爛、或有蝻蝗蚱蜢、或有仇敵犯境、圍其城邑、無論何災何疾、

如於斯土有饑饉、瘟疫、風暴特甚、五穀細弱、如有蝗蟲、食其物產、如有仇敵、困其邑鄉、勿論何災、勿論何害。

“ When famine or plague comes to the land, or blight or mildew, locusts or grasshoppers, or when an enemy besieges them in any of their cities, whatever disaster or disease may come,

“ Suppose there isn’t enough food in the land. And a plague strikes the land. The hot winds completely dry up our crops. Or locusts or grasshoppers come and eat them up. Or an enemy surrounds one of our cities and gets ready to attack it. Or trouble or sickness comes.

“ If there is famine in the land, if there is pestilence or blight or mildew or locust or caterpillar, if their enemy besieges them in the land at their gates, whatever plague, whatever sickness there is,

“ If there is a famine in the land or a plague or crop disease or attacks of locusts or caterpillars, or if your people’s enemies are in the land besieging their towns— whatever disaster or disease there is—

When there is famine in the land, when there is pestilence, when there is blight or mildew, locust or grasshopper, when their enemy besieges them in the land and its cities, when there is any plague or illness,

“ If there is a famine in the land, if there is a plague, if there is blight or mildew, locust or grasshopper, if their enemy harasses them in the land of their cities, whatever plague, whatever sickness there is,

“ When there is famine in the land, pestilence or blight or mildew, locusts or grasshoppers; when their enemy besieges them in the land of their cities; whatever plague or whatever sickness there is;

If there be in the land famine, if there be pestilence, if there be blasting or mildew, locust or caterpillar; if their enemy besiege them in the land of their cities; whatsoever plague, whatsoever sickness there be;

When there is famine on the earth, when there is pestilence, when there is blight, mildew, locust, or grasshopper, when their enemy besieges them in the region of their fortified cities, when there is any plague or illness,

If there be in the land famine, if there be pestilence, blasting, mildew, locust,[ or] if there be caterpiller; if their enemy besiege them in the land of their cities; whatsoever plague, whatsoever sickness[ there be];

“ The time will come when the land suffers from a famine, a plague, blight and disease, or a locust invasion, or when their enemy lays siege to the cities of the land, or when some other type of plague or epidemic occurs.

“ If there is famine in the land, if there is pestilence, if there is blight, mildew, locust or caterpillar; if their enemy besieges them in the land of their cities; whatever plague, whatever sickness there is;

我必懲罰爾、降爾以可驚之災、患癆患熱、致目倦心傷、播種徒勞、必為敵所食、

主必使爾曹遭瘟疫、滅爾於爾所往得之地、主必使爾患癆、患熱、患燒、患瘧、又遭兵戈、五穀因風而燥、細弱枯稿、使此諸災逼迫爾、致爾滅亡、

自謂如遇災害、或鋒刃、或譴責、或疫癘、或饑饉、凡我遭難之時、則立此殿前呼籲主、主必俯聽救援、因主之名在此殿云、

爾播種於田、播之多、穫之少、因被食於蝗、爾將植葡萄園而治之、不得收果作酒以飲、因為蟲所食也、爾之四境、雖有油果樹、不得油以膏身、因果未熟而隕故、爾生子女、不為爾有、因為人所擄也、爾之樹木、及爾地之所產、蚱蜢盡食之、

主天主如是云、我使四暴災降於耶路撒冷、即鋒刃、饑饉、猛獸、疫癘、於其中絕人與畜、其害豈非尤重乎、

圍困爾於爾諸城中、在爾四境、使爾所恃高聳鞏固之城垣俱陷、敵必困爾於爾諸城中、在主所賜爾之全地、敵窘迫爾、爾被困受窘迫、甚至爾食子女之肉、己之所生、主爾之天主所賜爾者、敵以爾困於爾城中、爾受窘迫之時、爾中即最柔懦荏弱之人、因毫無所留、將食子女之肉、且怒視兄弟與所眷愛之妻、並所遺留之子女、不以所食子女之肉分給之、

亞蘭人圍撒瑪利亞時、城中絕糧、甚至一驢首、值銀八十舍客勒、約四十兩鴿糞二升、值銀五舍客勒、約二兩五錢一日以色列王行於城垣、有婦向王呼曰、我主我王歟、助我、曰、主不助爾、我何由助爾、禾場壓酒處、毫無所有、我何以助爾、王又問之曰、爾何事、婦曰、在此有一婦、告我曰、取爾子、爾我今日食之、明日爾我食我子、於是烹我子食之、次日、我謂彼曰、取爾子、爾我食之、彼乃匿其子、

昔我遣我之大軍以害爾、即蝗與小蝗與大蝗與螽、數年食爾禾稼、今我必償爾、爾曹得食而飽、必頌美主爾天主之名、因格外施恩於爾曹、格外施恩於爾曹或作異常待爾曹我民永不羞愧、

如於斯地有饑饉疫癘、或稼穡萎弱枯稿、或有蝗蝻蚱蜢之災、或敵人犯境、圍困城池、無論何災、無論何害、害原文作病主之民以色列、無論何人、自覺己心之憂痛愁苦、向此殿舉手、無論何祈何禱、求主自天、自主之居所、垂聽赦免、循人之所為、視人之心術、施報於人、因世人之心、惟主知之、使其畢生敬畏主、遵行主道、在主賜我列祖之地、

或饑饉三年、或敗於敵前、被敵以刀追殺三月、或主之刀即疫癘、流行爾國中、主之使者於以色列遍地、滅民三日、此三者、爾何擇、今爾思之、明以告我、俾我歸而覆命於遣我者、

主必使爾為敵所敗、爾由一途出以攻敵、必由七途逃於其前、必受天下萬國之凌辱、

必降爾兵刃之災、討爾背約之罪、爾奔集於城中、必降瘟疫於爾間、付爾於敵手、既絕爾所恃之糧、十婦炊餅於一爐、權之以付爾、雖得食而不能飽、至此爾猶不聽我、仍逆我以行、我必震怒、依爾逆行待爾、因爾罪愆、譴責爾至於七倍、使爾食子女之肉、我必毀爾邱壇、滅爾日像、使爾之屍與爾偶像偃仆一處、我心必憎爾、使爾城邑荒涼、使爾殿宇寂寥、我不再饗爾之馨香、使爾土地荒蕪、甚至居爾地之仇敵、無不驚異、我必散爾於異邦人中、使爾為兵刃所追、使爾土地荒蕪、使爾城邑變為荒墟、爾寄居敵國、爾地荒蕪、此時地自可休息享安息年、爾居此地之時、未守安息年、不容地休息、既荒蕪則自休息、爾中遺民、居於敵國、我使之心驚膽怯、聞風吹葉、亦必逃遁、以為有敵人恃刃逐之、雖無人追襲、亦必傾跌、無人追襲時亦必逃遁、彼此衝突躓蹶、如有刃擊殺、爾不能立於敵前、爾曹必泯滅於異邦、必為敵國所吞、爾中所遺之人、居於敵國、必緣己罪、及其列祖之罪、日漸消亡、彼時必認己之罪、及其列祖之罪、即干我逆我以行之罪、我依其逆行、散之於敵國、後若其剛愎之心、剛愎之心或作不淨之心自卑以服罪、則我必追憶與雅各所立之約、亦追憶與以撒亞伯拉罕所立之約、而俯念斯地、彼等藐視我法度心厭我律例、乃至遠離斯地、使土地於荒涼無人之時、得享安息、直待彼等服罪、雖然、彼在敵國時、我仍不棄之、不厭之、不滅之、不廢我與彼所立之約、因我耶和華為其天主、昔我於異邦人目前、導其先祖出伊及國與之立約、欲為其天主、我必追憶此約、我乃主、此乃主在西乃山、託摩西為以色列人所立之禮儀法度律例、

猶大王西底家九年十月、巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒、率其全軍至耶路撒冷、圍困之、西底家十一年四月九日、城破、巴比倫王之侯伯、尼甲沙利薛、三甲尼波、宦官長撒西金、博士長尼甲沙利薛、及巴比倫王其餘一切侯伯咸至、坐於中門、

當時巴比倫王之軍、圍困耶路撒冷、先知耶利米囚於獄院、在猶大王宮之側、

主一發命、蝗蟲飛集、且有蚱蜢不計其數、食盡其境內草蔬、食盡其地之產物、
