“ When someone is accused of sinning against his neighbor and the latter pronounces a curse on the alleged offender before your altar in this temple, be willing to forgive the accused if the accusation is false.

“人若得罪邻舍，有人叫他起誓，他来到这殿在你的坛前起誓，

“人若得罪邻舍，有人强迫他，要他起誓，他来到这殿，在你的坛前起誓，

“人若得罪邻舍，有人强迫他，要他起誓，他来到这殿，在你的坛前起誓，

“如果有人得罪邻舍，被叫到这殿中，在你的坛前起誓，

“如果有人得罪他的邻居被迫起誓，他来到这殿在你的祭坛前起誓的时候，

「人若得罪鄰舍，有人叫他起誓，他來到這殿在你的壇前起誓，

「人若得罪鄰舍，有人強迫他，要他起誓，他來到這殿，在你的壇前起誓，

「人若得罪鄰舍，有人強迫他，要他起誓，他來到這殿，在你的壇前起誓，

「如果有人得罪鄰舍，被叫到這殿中，在你的壇前起誓，

“如果有人得罪他的鄰居被迫起誓，他來到這殿在你的祭壇前起誓的時候，

『人若得罪他的鄰舍，有人叫他用一種咒語來起誓，他來到這殿，在你的祭壇前起誓；

人若獲罪於鄰、令其發誓、則至此室、在爾壇前發誓、

如人與同儕有所干犯、使至此殿、發誓於壇前、

人若獲罪於人、乃使其發誓、以徵其言、遂至此殿主之祭臺前發誓、

“ When anyone wrongs their neighbor and is required to take an oath and they come and swear the oath before your altar in this temple,

“ Suppose someone does something wrong to their neighbor. And the person who has done something wrong is required to give their word. They must tell the truth about what they have done. They must come and do it in front of your altar in this temple.

“ If a man sins against his neighbor and is made to take an oath and comes and swears his oath before your altar in this house,

“ If someone wrongs another person and is required to take an oath of innocence in front of your altar in this Temple,

When a man sins against his neighbor and is forced to take an oath, and he comes to take an oath before your altar in this temple,

“ If a person sins against his neighbor and is compelled to take an oath of innocence, and he comes and takes an oath before Your altar in this house,

“ When anyone sins against his neighbor, and is forced to take an oath, and comes and takes an oath before Your altar in this temple,

If a man sin against his neighbor, and an oath be laid upon him to cause him to swear, and he come and swear before thine altar in this house;

When a man sins against his neighbor and is forced to take an oath, and he comes to take an oath before Your altar in this temple,

If any man trespass against his neighbour, and an oath be laid upon him to cause him to swear, and the oath come before thine altar in this house:

“ If a man sins against his neighbor, and an oath is laid on him to cause him to swear, and he comes and swears before your altar in this house;

If the thief is not caught, then the owner of the house will be brought before the judges to see whether he has laid his hand on his neighbor’s goods.In all cases of illegal possessions, whether for an ox, a donkey, a sheep, a garment, or any kind of lost item, about which someone says‘ This belongs to me,’ the matter of the two of them will come before the judges, and the one whom the judges declare guilty must repay double to his neighbor.If a man gives his neighbor a donkey or an ox or a sheep or any beast to keep, and it dies or is hurt or is carried away without anyone seeing it,then there will be an oath to the LORD between the two of them, that he has not laid his hand on his neighbor’s goods, and its owner will accept this, and he will not have to pay.

lest I become satisfied and act deceptively and say,“ Who is the LORD?” Or lest I become poor and steal and demean the name of my God.

“‘ Then the priest will bring her near and have her stand before the LORD.The priest will then take holy water in a pottery jar, and take some of the dust that is on the floor of the tabernacle, and put it into the water.Then the priest will have the woman stand before the LORD, uncover the woman’s head, and put the grain offering for remembering in her hands, which is the grain offering of suspicion. The priest will hold in his hand the bitter water that brings a curse.Then the priest will put the woman under oath and say to the her,“ If no other man has had sexual relations with you, and if you have not gone astray and become defiled while under your husband’s authority, may you be free from this bitter water that brings a curse.But if you have gone astray while under your husband’s authority, and if you have defiled yourself and some man other than your husband has had sexual relations with you….”Then the priest will put the woman under the oath of the curse and will say to the her,“ The LORD make you an attested curse among your people, if the LORD makes your thigh fall away and your abdomen swell;and this water that causes the curse will go into your stomach, and make your abdomen swell and your thigh rot.” Then the woman must say,“ Amen, amen.”

“‘ When a person sins in that he hears a public curse against one who fails to testify and he is a witness( he either saw or knew what had happened) and he does not make it known, then he will bear his punishment for iniquity.

Condemn the guilty party, declare the other innocent, and give both of them what they deserve.
