求你在天上垂聽，赦免你僕人你百姓以色列的罪，將當行的善道教導他們，並降雨在你的地，就是你賜給你百姓為業之地。

求你在天上你的居所垂聽、赦免、處理。因為你知道人心，惟有你知道世人的心，求你照各人所行的一切待他們，

求你在天上垂聽，赦免你百姓以色列的罪，使他們歸回你賜給他們列祖的地。

耶和華啊，你若究察罪孽，主啊，誰能站得住呢？但在你有赦免之恩，要叫人敬畏你。

主啊，求你垂聽！主啊，求你赦免！主啊，求你側耳，求你實行！為你自己的緣故不要遲延。我的上帝啊，因這城和這民都是稱為你名下的。」

在上帝面前你不可冒失開口，也不可心急發言；因為上帝在天上，你在地上，所以你的話語要少。

說：「唉，耶和華－天上大而可畏的上帝，向愛你、守你誡命的人守約施慈愛的上帝啊，願你睜眼看，側耳聽你僕人今日晝夜在你面前，為你眾僕人以色列人的祈禱，承認我們以色列人向你所犯的罪；我與我父家都犯了罪。

求你在天上你的居所垂聽他們的禱告祈求，為他們伸張正義，

你赦免了你百姓的罪孽，遮蓋了他們一切的過犯。（細拉）

「所以，你們要這樣禱告：『我們在天上的父：願人都尊你的名為聖。

求你在天上你的居所垂聽，照着外邦人向你所求的一切而行，使地上萬民都認識你的名，敬畏你，像你的百姓以色列一樣，又使他們知道我所建造的是稱為你名下的殿。

這稱為我名下的子民，若是謙卑自己，禱告，尋求我的面，轉離他們的惡行，我必從天上垂聽，赦免他們的罪，醫治他們的地。

耶和華從天上觀看，看見所有的人，從他的居所察看地上每一個居民，

那至高無上、永遠長存、名為聖者的如此說：「我住在至高至聖的所在，卻與心靈痛悔的謙卑人同住；要使謙卑的人心靈甦醒，使痛悔的人內心復甦。

坐在天上的主啊，我向你舉目。

免我們的債，如同我們免了人的債。

誰像耶和華－我們的上帝呢？他坐在至高之處，自己謙卑，觀看天上地下的事。

他們住在這地，又為你的名建造聖所，說：『若有禍患臨到我們，或刀兵的懲罰，或瘟疫饑荒，我們在急難的時候，站在這殿前向你呼求，你必垂聽並且拯救，因為你的名在這殿裏。』
