他又铸了一个圆形铜海，高二点二五米，直径四点五米，周长十三点五米。铜海边缘下方有两圈牛的图案，每五十厘米有十头牛，是铸铜海的时候铸上的。有十二头铜牛驮着铜海，三头向北，三头向西，三头向南，三头向东，牛尾向内。铜海厚八厘米，边如杯边，又如百合花，容量为六万六千升。

殿内全部铺上香柏木，不露一点石头，香柏木上刻着野瓜和花朵的图案。

目的是为了透过教会让天上的执政者和掌权者现在可以看出上帝丰富的智慧。

义人必如生机勃勃的棕榈树，像茁壮生长的黎巴嫩香柏树。他们栽在耶和华的殿中，他们在我们上帝的院子里长得枝繁叶茂。他们到老仍然结果子，一片青翠，宣扬说：“耶和华公正无私，祂是我的磐石，祂里面毫无不义。”

众天使啊，你们要赞美祂！众天军啊，你们要赞美祂！
