但却是所罗门为神造成殿宇。

你们作为活石，要被建造成属灵的殿，成为圣洁的祭司，藉着耶稣基督献上蒙神悦纳的属灵祭物。

所罗门在位第四年西弗月，立了耶和华殿的根基。

对他说，万军之耶和华如此说：‘看哪，那名称为大卫苗裔的，要在本处生长，并要建造耶和华的殿。就是他，要建造耶和华的殿，他要承受尊荣，坐在位上掌王权；又有一位祭司坐在自己的位上，两职之间筹划和平。

耶稣回答他们说：“你们拆毁这殿，我三日内要把它重建。”犹太人说：“这殿造了四十六年，你三日内就能重建吗？”但耶稣所说的殿是指他的身体。

因为他等候着那座有根基的城，就是神所设计和建造的。

又求你赐我儿子所罗门全心遵守你的命令、法度、律例，成就这一切的事，用我所预备的建造殿宇。”

你们岂不知道你们的身体是圣灵的殿吗？这圣灵是从神而来，住在你们里面的。而且你们不是属自己的人，

以色列人出埃及地后第二年二月初一，耶和华在西奈旷野，在会幕中吩咐摩西说：

以色列人住希实本和所属的乡镇，亚罗珥和所属的乡镇，以及沿着亚嫩河的一切城镇，已经有三百年了。在这期间，你们为什么不取回呢？

被建造在使徒和先知的根基上，而基督耶稣自己为房角石，靠着他整座房子连接得紧凑，渐渐成为在主里的圣殿。你们也靠他同被建造，成为神藉着圣灵居住的所在。

远方的人要来建造耶和华的殿，你们因此就知道，万军之耶和华差遣我到你们这里来。你们若留意听从耶和华—你们神的话，这事必然成就。

照着你们所领受的教导，在他里面生根建造，信心坚固，充满着感谢的心。

但现在基督已经来到，作了已实现的美事的大祭司，经过那更大更全备的帐幕，不是人手所造，也不是属于这世界的；

神的殿和偶像有什么相同？因为我们是永生神的殿，就如神曾说：“我要在他们中间居住来往；我要作他们的神，他们要作我的子民。”
