命爾以斯拉、憑爾上帝所賦之智、設立有司士師、以治河西之民、悉爾上帝律者、其未悉者、則訓迪之、

智慧使哲人有能、愈於邑中十有司、

我子、宜敬畏耶和華與王、好更張者、勿與之交、

爾國中有一人焉、聖神之靈寓於其中、爾父之時、見其通明、聰睿、智慧、若神之智、爾父尼布甲尼撒王、立之為巫人術士、迦勒底人、卜筮之長、

諸牧伯勇士、及大衛王眾子、皆服從所羅門王、

惟爾本乎上帝、在基督耶穌中、彼由於上帝、而為智為義為聖為贖於我儕者也、

彼必判爾民以義、判爾貧民以公兮、

又見耶和華於埃及人所施之大能、遂寅畏耶和華、而篤信之、亦信其僕摩西、

撒母耳遂籲耶和華、是日耶和華發雷降雨、眾民甚畏耶和華、與撒母耳、

是日耶和華使約書亞為大於以色列眾前、畢生民畏之、如畏摩西然、○

彼必為貧民伸冤、拯窮乏之子、摧強暴之徒兮、
