Then Micaiah answered,“ I saw all Israel scattered on the hills like sheep without a shepherd, and the Lord said,‘ These people have no master. Let each one go home in peace.’”

Then Micaiah answered,“ I saw all the Israelites scattered on the hills. They were like sheep that didn’t have a shepherd. The Lord said,‘ These people do not have a master. Let each of them go home in peace.’ ”

And he said,“ I saw all Israel scattered on the mountains, as sheep that have no shepherd. And the Lord said,‘ These have no master; let each return to his home in peace.’”

Then Micaiah told him,“ In a vision I saw all Israel scattered on the mountains, like sheep without a shepherd. And the Lord said,‘ Their master has been killed. Send them home in peace.’”

So Micaiah said: I saw all Israel scattered on the hills like sheep without a shepherd. And the LORD said,“ They have no master; let everyone return home in peace.”

So he said,“ I saw all Israel Scattered on the mountains, Like sheep that have no shepherd. And the Lord said,‘ These people have no master. Each of them is to return to his house in peace.’ ”

Then he said,“ I saw all Israel scattered on the mountains, as sheep that have no shepherd. And the Lord said,‘ These have no master. Let each return to his house in peace.’”

And he said, I saw all Israel scattered upon the mountains, as sheep that have no shepherd: and Jehovah said, These have no master; let them return every man to his house in peace.

So Micaiah said: I saw all Israel scattered on the hills like sheep without a shepherd. And the Lord said,“ They have no master; let everyone return home in peace.”

Micaiah said,“ I saw all Israel scattered on the mountains like sheep that have no shepherd. Then the LORD said,‘ They have no master. They should go home in peace.’”

He said,“ I saw all Israel scattered on the mountains, as sheep that have no shepherd. Yahweh said,‘ These have no master. Let them each return to his house in peace.’”

to go out and come in before them, one who will lead them out and bring them in, so the Lord’s people will not be like sheep without a shepherd.”

When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.

But someone drew his bow at random and hit the king of Israel between the sections of his armor. The king told his chariot driver,“ Wheel around and get me out of the fighting. I’ve been wounded.”All day long the battle raged, and the king was propped up in his chariot facing the Arameans. The blood from his wound ran onto the floor of the chariot, and that evening he died.As the sun was setting, a cry spread through the army:“ Every man to his town. Every man to his land!”

The idols speak deceitfully, diviners see visions that lie; they tell dreams that are false, they give comfort in vain. Therefore the people wander like sheep oppressed for lack of a shepherd.

“ Woe to the shepherds who are destroying and scattering the sheep of my pasture!” declares the Lord.Therefore this is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says to the shepherds who tend my people:“ Because you have scattered my flock and driven them away and have not bestowed care on them, I will bestow punishment on you for the evil you have done,” declares the Lord.

I looked, and I saw a windstorm coming out of the north— an immense cloud with flashing lightning and surrounded by brilliant light. The center of the fire looked like glowing metal,

You have not strengthened the weak or healed the sick or bound up the injured. You have not brought back the strays or searched for the lost. You have ruled them harshly and brutally.So they were scattered because there was no shepherd, and when they were scattered they became food for all the wild animals.My sheep wandered over all the mountains and on every high hill. They were scattered over the whole earth, and no one searched or looked for them.

“ Awake, sword, against my shepherd, against the man who is close to me!” declares the Lord Almighty.“ Strike the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered, and I will turn my hand against the little ones.

He saw heaven opened and something like a large sheet being let down to earth by its four corners.It contained all kinds of four- footed animals, as well as reptiles and birds.Then a voice told him,“ Get up, Peter. Kill and eat.”“ Surely not, Lord!” Peter replied.“ I have never eaten anything impure or unclean.”The voice spoke to him a second time,“ Do not call anything impure that God has made clean.”This happened three times, and immediately the sheet was taken back to heaven.While Peter was wondering about the meaning of the vision, the men sent by Cornelius found out where Simon’s house was and stopped at the gate.

“ My people have been lost sheep; their shepherds have led them astray and caused them to roam on the mountains. They wandered over mountain and hill and forgot their own resting place.

Then Micaiah answered,“ I saw all Israel scattered on the hills like sheep without a shepherd, and the Lord said,‘ These people have no master. Let each one go home in peace.’”The king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat,“ Didn’t I tell you that he never prophesies anything good about me, but only bad?”

“ Israel is a scattered flock that lions have chased away. The first to devour them was the king of Assyria; the last to crush their bones was Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon.”
