“不可毁谤神；也不可诅咒你百姓的领袖。

就收买人来说：“我们听见他说亵渎摩西和神的话。”

你要吩咐以色列人说：凡诅咒神的，必要担当自己的罪。亵渎耶和华名的，必被处死；全会众必须用石头打死他。无论是寄居的，是本地人，他亵渎圣名的时候必被处死。

有些无赖之徒从你中间出来，引诱本城的居民，说：‘我们去事奉别神吧。’那是你们不认识的，

“人无论犯什么罪，作什么恶，不可单凭一个人的见证，总要凭两个证人的口或三个证人的口才可定案。

祭司长和全议会寻找假见证控告耶稣，要处死他。虽然有好些人来作假见证，总找不到实据。最后有两个人前来，说：“这个人曾说：‘我能拆毁神的殿，三日内又建造起来。’”大祭司就站起来，对耶稣说：“这些人作证告你的事，你什么都不回答吗？”耶稣却不言语。大祭司对他说：“我指着永生神命令你起誓告诉我们，你是不是基督—神的儿子？”耶稣对他说：“你自己说了。然而，我告诉你们，此后你们要看见人子坐在权能者的右边，驾着天上的云来临。”大祭司就撕裂衣服，说：“他说了亵渎的话，我们何必再要证人呢？现在你们已经听见他这亵渎的话了。你们的意见如何？”他们回答：“他该处死。”

犹太人回答他：“我们不是为了善事拿石头打你，而是为了你说亵渎的话；因为你是个人，却把自己当作神。”

设下假见证，说：“这个人不断地说话，侮辱神圣的地方和律法。

他们心里欢乐的时候，看哪，城中的无赖围住房子，连连叩门，对老人，这家的主人说：“把那进你家的人带出来，我们要与他交合。”
