But seat two scoundrels opposite him and have them bring charges that he has cursed both God and the king. Then take him out and stone him to death.”

“不可毁谤神；也不可毁谤你百姓的官长。

就买出人来说：“我们听见他说谤讟摩西和神的话。”

你要晓谕以色列人说：凡咒诅神的，必担当他的罪。那亵渎耶和华名的，必被治死；全会众总要用石头打死他。不管是寄居的是本地人，他亵渎耶和华名的时候，必被治死。

“人无论犯什么罪，作什么恶，不可凭一个人的口作见证，总要凭两三个人的口作见证才可定案。

祭司长和全公会寻找假见证控告耶稣，要治死他。虽有好些人来作假见证，总得不着实据。末后有两个人前来，说：“这个人曾说：‘我能拆毁神的殿，三日内又建造起来。’”大祭司就站起来，对耶稣说：“你什么都不回答吗？这些人作见证告你的是什么呢？”耶稣却不言语。大祭司对他说：“我指着永生神叫你起誓告诉我们，你是神的儿子基督不是？”耶稣对他说：“你说的是。然而，我告诉你们，后来你们要看见人子坐在那权能者的右边，驾着天上的云降临。”大祭司就撕开衣服，说：“他说了僭妄的话，我们何必再用见证人呢？这僭妄的话，现在你们都听见了。你们的意见如何？”他们回答说：“他是该死的。”

犹太人回答说：“我们不是为善事拿石头打你，是为你说僭妄的话；又为你是个人，反将自己当作神。”

设下假见证，说：“这个人说话，不住地糟践圣所和律法。

他们心里正欢畅的时候，城中的匪徒围住房子，连连叩门，对房主老人说：“你把那进你家的人带出来，我们要与他交合。”
