萬有之主誓曰、我所立之旨必成、我所定之謀謀或作命下同必效、必敗亞述人於我國中、踐之於我山間、使以色列民脫於其軛、使以色列民之肩脫於其任、此乃我於天下所定之謀、於列國所行之罰、萬有之主既定其謀、誰能廢之、既行其罰、孰能禦之、○

亞撒因此言、向先見震怒、囚之於獄、當時亞撒亦虐遇民中數人、

人之智慧聰明謀畧、在主前無足稱道、

若非主命、誰能言有則有、

我自始而示終、在昔時預言未成之事、我言我之謀必立、凡我所悅者、我必成之、
