Praise be to the Lord your God, who has delighted in you and placed you on the throne of Israel. Because of the Lord’s eternal love for Israel, he has made you king to maintain justice and righteousness.”

「看啊，我所扶持、所揀選、所喜悅的僕人，我已將我的靈賜給祂，祂必將正義帶給萬邦。

「他信靠耶和華，讓耶和華救他吧！既然耶和華喜悅他，讓耶和華拯救他吧！」

願他的名流芳百世，如日長存。願萬國都因他而蒙福，都稱頌他。以色列的上帝耶和華當受稱頌，唯有祂行奇妙的事。願祂榮耀的名永受稱頌！願普天下充滿祂的榮耀。阿們！阿們！

以色列的上帝告訴我，以色列的磐石對我說，『以公義治理人民，敬畏上帝的君王，

你讓以色列人永遠做你的子民，你耶和華做他們的上帝。

掌權者不是叫行善的懼怕，而是叫作惡的懼怕。你想不怕掌權的嗎？就要行得正，這樣你會得到稱讚。要知道掌權者是上帝差遣的，對行得正的人有益處。然而，你若作惡，就該懼怕，因為他必將你繩之以法。他是上帝的僕人，代表上帝秉公行義，懲奸罰惡。

看啊，必有一位君王以公義治國，官員們必秉公施政。每人都像躲避狂風暴雨的庇護所，如荒漠中的溪流，又似乾旱之地遮蔭的大磐石。

祂拯救我，領我到寬闊之地，因為祂喜悅我。

祂的國必長治久安。祂必坐在大衛的寶座上以公平和公義治國，使國家永固。萬軍之耶和華必熱切地成就此事。

而是因為祂愛你們，遵守祂向你們祖先所起的誓。因此，祂用大能的手把你們從受奴役的地方領出來，從埃及王法老手中救贖了你們。

你不再被稱為「棄婦」，你的土地不再被稱為「荒涼之地」。你要被稱為「主喜悅的人」，你的土地要被稱為「有夫之婦」，因為耶和華必喜愛你，做你土地的丈夫。

而是按公義審判貧窮人，以公正為受苦者斷案。他必用口中的杖擊打世界，以嘴裡的氣殺戮惡人。公義必作他的腰帶，信實必作他肋下的帶子。

君王靠我安邦定國，首領藉我秉公行義，王公大臣靠我治理天下，官宦貴胄憑我公正斷案。
