If we say that we have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth;

我们若说是与神相交，却仍在黑暗里行，就是说谎话，不行真理了。

我们若说，我们与上帝有团契，却仍在黑暗里行走，就是说谎话，不实行真理了。

吾人若曰吾已與天主神交心契、而同時猶行於暗昧之中、是為欺心之人、言不顧行、行不顧言者也

If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth.

Suppose we say that we share life with God but still walk in the darkness. Then we are lying. We are not living out the truth.

If we say we have fellowship with him while we walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.

So we are lying if we say we have fellowship with God but go on living in spiritual darkness; we are not practicing the truth.

If we say,“ We have fellowship with him,” and yet we walk in darkness, we are lying and are not practicing the truth.

If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.

If we say that we have fellowship with him and walk in the darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:

If someone says,“ I love God,” and yet he hates his brother or sister, he is a liar; for the one who does not love his brother and sister whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen.

If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar and His word is not in us.

Do not be mismatched with unbelievers; for what do righteousness and lawlessness share together, or what does light have in common with darkness?Or what harmony does Christ have with Belial, or what does a believer share with an unbeliever?Or what agreement does the temple of God have with idols? For we are the temple of the living God; just as God said,“ I will dwell among them and walk among them; And I will be their God, and they shall be My people.

and one of you says to them,“ Go in peace, be warmed and be filled,” yet you do not give them what is necessary for their body, what use is that?

I have come as Light into the world, so that no one who believes in Me will remain in darkness.

Because you say,“ I am rich, and have become wealthy, and have no need of anything,” and you do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked,I advise you to buy from Me gold refined by fire so that you may become rich, and white garments so that you may clothe yourself and the shame of your nakedness will not be revealed; and eye salve to apply to your eyes so that you may see.

Many will say to Me on that day,‘ Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’

If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us.

by means of the hypocrisy of liars seared in their own conscience as with a branding iron,

Can a throne of destruction be allied with You, One which devises mischief by decree?

The one who says that he is in the Light and yet hates his brother or sister is in the darkness until now.The one who loves his brother and sister remains in the Light, and there is nothing in him to cause stumbling.But the one who hates his brother or sister is in the darkness and walks in the darkness, and does not know where he is going because the darkness has blinded his eyes.
