Therefore let us keep the Festival, not with the old bread leavened with malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

You shall eat no leavened bread with it. You shall eat unleavened bread with it seven days, even the bread of affliction( for you came out of the land of Egypt in haste) that you may remember the day when you came out of the land of Egypt all the days of your life.

He warned them, saying,“ Take heed: beware of the yeast of the Pharisees and the yeast of Herod.”

Meanwhile, when a multitude of many thousands had gathered together, so much so that they trampled on each other, he began to tell his disciples first of all,“ Beware of the yeast of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.

Jesus said to them,“ Take heed and beware of the yeast of the Pharisees and Sadducees.”

Then they understood that he didn’t tell them to beware of the yeast of bread, but of the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees.

This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles also walk, in the futility of their mind,being darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardening of their hearts.They, having become callous, gave themselves up to lust, to work all uncleanness with greediness.But you didn’t learn Christ that way,if indeed you heard him, and were taught in him, even as truth is in Jesus:that you put away, as concerning your former way of life, the old man that grows corrupt after the lusts of deceit,

In this mountain, Yahweh of Armies will make all peoples a feast of choice meat, a feast of choice wines, of choice meat full of marrow, of well refined choice wines.

They took counsel together that they might take Jesus by deceit, and kill him.But they said,“ Not during the feast, lest a riot occur among the people.”

“ Now therefore fear Yahweh, and serve him in sincerity and in truth. Put away the gods which your fathers served beyond the River, in Egypt; and serve Yahweh.

Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, and in the seventh day shall be a feast to Yahweh.

Your boasting is not good. Don’t you know that a little yeast leavens the whole lump?

Three times in a year all of your males shall appear before Yahweh your God in the place which he chooses: in the feast of unleavened bread, in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of booths. They shall not appear before Yahweh empty.

It is actually reported that there is sexual immorality among you, and such sexual immorality as is not even named among the Gentiles, that one has his father’s wife.

You will have a song, as in the night when a holy feast is kept, and gladness of heart, as when one goes with a flute to come to Yahweh’s mountain, to Israel’s Rock.

Putting away therefore all wickedness, all deceit, hypocrisies, envies, and all evil speaking,as newborn babies, long for the pure milk of the Word, that with it you may grow,

They led Jesus therefore from Caiaphas into the Praetorium. It was early, and they themselves didn’t enter into the Praetorium, that they might not be defiled, but might eat the Passover.Pilate therefore went out to them, and said,“ What accusation do you bring against this man?”They answered him,“ If this man weren’t an evildoer, we wouldn’t have delivered him up to you.”

For I am afraid that by any means, when I come, I might find you not the way I want to, and that I might be found by you as you don’t desire, that by any means there would be strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, factions, slander, whisperings, proud thoughts, or riots,that again when I come my God would humble me before you, and I would mourn for many of those who have sinned before now, and not repented of the uncleanness, sexual immorality, and lustfulness which they committed.

For our boasting is this: the testimony of our conscience, that in holiness and sincerity of God, not in fleshly wisdom but in the grace of God we behaved ourselves in the world, and more abundantly toward you.

On the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread to Yahweh. Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread.

“‘ In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, is Yahweh’s Passover.On the fifteenth day of this month shall be a feast. Unleavened bread shall be eaten for seven days.

for you are still fleshly. For insofar as there is jealousy, strife, and factions among you, aren’t you fleshly, and don’t you walk in the ways of men?

I speak not by way of commandment, but as proving through the earnestness of others the sincerity also of your love.
