because the service of this ministry is not only providing for the needs of the saints but is also overflowing with many thanks to God.Through the evidence of this service they will glorify God because of your obedience to your confession in the gospel of Christ and the generosity of your sharing with them and with everyone.And in their prayers on your behalf they long for you because of the extraordinary grace God has shown to you.Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift!

After several years I came to bring to my people gifts for the poor and to present offerings,

For God is not unjust so as to forget your work and the love you have demonstrated for his name, in having served and continuing to serve the saints.

I have had great joy and encouragement because of your love, for the hearts of the saints have been refreshed through you, brother.

because I hear of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints.

They went through the region of Phrygia and Galatia, having been prevented by the Holy Spirit from speaking the message in the province of Asia.
