Now brothers, I want to clarify for you the gospel I proclaimed to you; you received it and have taken your stand on it.

弟兄们，我如今把先前所传给你们的福音告诉你们知道；这福音你们也领受了，又靠着站立得住，

弟兄们，我要你们明白我先前所传给你们的福音；你们也领受了这福音，并且在这福音上站立得住。

弟兄們，我要使你們知道、我先前所傳給你們的福音、我是用甚麼話傳給你們的；這福音是你們所領受，也站穩在上頭，且藉以得救的；如果你們還在堅心執守、的話，便是如此；除非你們無根無據地相信，那又當別論了。

弟兄們，我要你們明白我先前所傳給你們的福音；你們也領受了這福音，並且在這福音上站立得住。

兄弟乎、今我示爾、昔我所宣於爾之福音、即爾所受而賴之以立者、

吾茲欲為爾重述福音之道；此福音、即吾嚮者所授爾嚮者所受、至今猶賴以立焉。

Now, brothers and sisters, I want to remind you of the gospel I preached to you, which you received and on which you have taken your stand.

Brothers and sisters, I want to remind you of the good news I preached to you. You received it and have put your faith in it.

Now I would remind you, brothers, of the gospel I preached to you, which you received, in which you stand,

Let me now remind you, dear brothers and sisters, of the Good News I preached to you before. You welcomed it then, and you still stand firm in it.

Now I want to make clear for you, brothers and sisters, the gospel I preached to you, which you received, on which you have taken your stand

Now I make known to you, brothers and sisters, the gospel which I preached to you, which you also received, in which you also stand,

Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand,

Now I make known unto you brethren, the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye received, wherein also ye stand,

Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;

Now I want to make clear for you, brothers and sisters, the gospel that I preached to you, that you received and on which you stand,

Now I declare to you, brothers, the Good News which I preached to you, which also you received, in which you also stand,

I am amazed that you are so quickly turning away from Him who called you by the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel—not that there is another gospel, but there are some who are troubling you and want to change the good news about the Messiah.But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel other than what we have preached to you, a curse be on him!As we have said before, I now say again: If anyone preaches to you a gospel contrary to what you received, a curse be on him!For am I now trying to win the favor of people, or God? Or am I striving to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a slave of Christ.Now I want you to know, brothers, that the gospel preached by me is not based on human thought.For I did not receive it from a human source and I was not taught it, but it came by a revelation from Jesus Christ.

For I passed on to you as most important what I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures,that He was buried, that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures,and that He appeared to Cephas, then to the Twelve.Then He appeared to over 500 brothers at one time; most of them are still alive, but some have fallen asleep.Then He appeared to James, then to all the apostles.Last of all, as to one abnormally born, He also appeared to me.For I am the least of the apostles, unworthy to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.But by God’s grace I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not ineffective. However, I worked more than any of them, yet not I, but God’s grace that was with me.Therefore, whether it is I or they, so we proclaim and so you have believed.

I have written you this brief letter through Silvanus( I know him to be a faithful brother) to encourage you and to testify that this is the true grace of God. Take your stand in it!

We have also obtained access through Him by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God.

on the day when God judges what people have kept secret, according to my gospel through Christ Jesus.

He reasoned in the synagogue every Sabbath and tried to persuade both Jews and Greeks.When Silas and Timothy came down from Macedonia, Paul was occupied with preaching the message and solemnly testified to the Jews that Jesus is the Messiah.

I do not mean that we have control of your faith, but we are workers with you for your joy, because you stand by faith.

The apostles and the brothers who were throughout Judea heard that the Gentiles had welcomed God’s message also.

And these are the ones sown on rocky ground: when they hear the word, immediately they receive it with joy.But they have no root in themselves; they are short-lived. When pressure or persecution comes because of the word, they immediately stumble.Others are sown among thorns; these are the ones who hear the word,but the worries of this age, the seduction of wealth, and the desires for other things enter in and choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful.But the ones sown on good ground are those who hear the word, welcome it, and produce a crop: 30, 60, and 100 times what was sown.”

So those who accepted his message were baptized, and that day about 3,000 people were added to them.

This is why we constantly thank God, because when you received the message about God that you heard from us, you welcomed it not as a human message, but as it truly is, the message of God, which also works effectively in you believers.

Finally then, brothers, we ask and encourage you in the Lord Jesus, that as you have received from us how you must walk and please God— as you are doing— do so even more.

Now we command you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, to keep away from every brother who walks irresponsibly and not according to the tradition received from us.

The one who rejects Me and doesn’t accept My sayings has this as his judge: The word I have spoken will judge him on the last day.

and you became imitators of us and of the Lord when, in spite of severe persecution, you welcomed the message with joy from the Holy Spirit.

For I didn’t think it was a good idea to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified.I came to you in weakness, in fear, and in much trembling.My speech and my proclamation were not with persuasive words of wisdom but with a powerful demonstration by the Spirit,so that your faith might not be based on men’s wisdom but on God’s power.However, we do speak a wisdom among the mature, but not a wisdom of this age, or of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing.On the contrary, we speak God’s hidden wisdom in a mystery, a wisdom God predestined before the ages for our glory.

I always thank my God for you because of God’s grace given to you in Christ Jesus,that by Him you were enriched in everything— in all speech and all knowledge.In this way, the testimony about Christ was confirmed among you,so that you do not lack any spiritual gift as you eagerly wait for the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ.He will also strengthen you to the end, so that you will be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.

but we preach Christ crucified, a stumbling block to the Jews and foolishness to the Gentiles.Yet to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ is God’s power and God’s wisdom,

I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth.
