Brothers and sisters, stop thinking like children. In regard to evil be infants, but in your thinking be adults.

雖然、吾人所傳之道、在完善之人視之、乃真智慧也；非斯世之智慧、亦非世上王公大人終歸烏有者之智慧。

『吾實告爾爾若不幡然化為赤子、則末由進天國。

務宜在吾救主耶穌基督之聖寵及認識上、日有長進也。願主受享光榮、自今茲、迄永世、心焉祝之。

爾時耶穌又言曰：『頌揚聖父、天地真主！蓋爾隱此道於智巧之人、而啟之於赤子；

吾所為心禱者無他、惟望爾之仁愛與日俱進、發為真知卓見、

兄弟乎、前次予為爾等講道時、未能以超性之人語之、蓋爾等仍不脫本性、而於基督道中猶為嬰孩。故予惟能哺之以乳、而不能遽進以乾糧、以爾等當時猶未成熟耳。即就目今而論、爾等亦未有長進、

然則吾人不可再為稚子、隨風飄盪、漫無定止、惑於異端、而溺於邪說。務須篤守真諦、涵養愛德、日漸月漬、暢茂條達、庶克仰配為吾人元首之基督。

願凡信德成熟之兄弟、皆欣然以此為志也。設爾之懷抱與此略有出入、吾知天主亦必有以牖爾之衷。

是故吾人亟應以基督聖道之淺近原理為起點、而向前猛進、精益求精、以達純全之域也。關於悔罪自新、信仰天主、洗禮、覆手禮、死者復活、永遠審判等等教理、應無庸從新奠基主若許可、當能力求深造矣。

以資歷論、爾等此時應可為人師矣；而在實際、仍須人教爾等以淺近之教理、一如乳臭兒之未可遽進以乾糧也。蓋哺乳者稚氣未脫、對於義理詎能精通；

會心大道。師長擊節。

吾誠語爾、凡不以赤子之心承天主國者、莫得而進焉。』

我心如小鳥。毛羽未全豐。不作高飛想。依依幽谷中。我心如赤子。乳臭未曾乾。慈母懷中睡。安恬凝一團。

耶穌對曰：『爾未讀經耶？經言「造化主之創人也、肇造一男一女」
