然則何如斯可？吾固欲以心魂頌禱、亦欲以理智頌禱也。吾固欲以心魂歌詠、亦欲以理智歌詠也。

With every prayer and petition, pray at all times in the Spirit, and to this end be alert, with all perseverance and requests for all the saints.

For this reason do not be foolish, but be wise by understanding what the Lord’s will is.And do not get drunk with wine, which is debauchery, but be filled by the Spirit,speaking to one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing and making music in your hearts to the Lord,always giving thanks to God the Father for each other in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,

But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith, by praying in the Holy Spirit,

Therefore I exhort you, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a sacrifice– alive, holy, and pleasing to God– which is your reasonable service.Do not be conformed to this present world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may test and approve what is the will of God– what is good and well- pleasing and perfect.

For God is king of the whole earth! Sing a well-written song!

but in the church I want to speak five words with my mind to instruct others, rather than ten thousand words in a tongue.

Am I saying that idols or food sacrificed to them amount to anything?

But if our unrighteousness demonstrates the righteousness of God, what shall we say? The God who inflicts wrath is not unrighteous, is he?( I am speaking in human terms.)

What is the result? Only that in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is being proclaimed, and in this I rejoice. Yes, and I will continue to rejoice,

What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

For God, whom I serve in my spirit by preaching the gospel of his Son, is my witness that I continually remember you
