But I want you to understand that Christ is the head of every man, and the man is the head of a woman, and God is the head of Christ.

But I want you to realize that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man, and the head of Christ is God.

But I want you to know that the head of every man is Christ. The head of the woman is the man. And the head of Christ is God.

But I want you to understand that the head of every man is Christ, the head of a wife is her husband, and the head of Christ is God.

To the woman He said,“ I will greatly multiply Your pain in childbirth, In pain you shall deliver children; Yet your desire will be for your husband, And he shall rule over you.”

He is also the head of the body, the church; and He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that He Himself will come to have first place in everything.

and you belong to Christ, and Christ belongs to God.

and not holding firmly to the head, from whom the entire body, being supplied and held together by the joints and ligaments, grows with a growth which is from God.

but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, that is, Christ,

For in this way the holy women of former times, who hoped in God, also used to adorn themselves, being subject to their own husbands,just as Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him lord; and you have proved to be her children if you do what is right without being frightened by any fear.

Wives, subject yourselves to your own husbands, as to the Lord.For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the church, He Himself being the Savior of the body.But as the church is subject to Christ, so also the wives ought to be to their husbands in everything.

In the same way, you wives, be subject to your own husbands so that even if any of them are disobedient to the word, they may be won over without a word by the behavior of their wives,

Wives, be subject to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.

A woman must quietly receive instruction with entire submissiveness.But I do not allow a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man, but to remain quiet.

but emptied Himself by taking the form of a bond servant and being born in the likeness of men.And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death: death on a cross.For this reason also God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name,so that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth,and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

and in Him you have been made complete, and He is the head over every ruler and authority;

You heard that I said to you,‘ I am going away, and I am coming to you.’ If you loved Me, you would have rejoiced because I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I.

For He has put all things in subjection under His feet. But when He says,“ All things are put in subjection,” it is clear that this excludes the Father who put all things in subjection to Him.When all things are subjected to Him, then the Son Himself will also be subjected to the One who subjected all things to Him, so that God may be all in all.

which He brought about in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places,far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come.And He put all things in subjection under His feet, and made Him head over all things to the church,which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.

For the Father loves the Son and shows Him all things that He Himself is doing; and the Father will show Him greater works than these, so that you will be amazed.For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, so the Son also gives life to whom He wishes.For not even the Father judges anyone, but He has given all judgment to the Son,so that all will honor the Son just as they honor the Father. The one who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him.“ Truly, truly, I say to you, the one who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.Truly, truly, I say to you, a time is coming and even now has arrived, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live.For just as the Father has life in Himself, so He gave to the Son also to have life in Himself;and He gave Him authority to execute judgment, because He is the Son of Man.Do not be amazed at this; for a time is coming when all who are in the tombs will hear His voice,and will come out: those who did the good deeds to a resurrection of life, those who committed the bad deeds to a resurrection of judgment.“ I can do nothing on My own. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is righteous, because I do not seek My own will but the will of Him who sent Me.

The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, Because the Lord anointed me To bring good news to the humble; He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, To proclaim release to captives And freedom to prisoners;To proclaim the favorable year of the Lord And the day of vengeance of our God; To comfort all who mourn,To grant those who mourn in Zion, Giving them a garland instead of ashes, The oil of gladness instead of mourning, The cloak of praise instead of a disheartened spirit. So they will be called oaks of righteousness, The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.Then they will rebuild the ancient ruins, They will raise up the former devastations; And they will repair the ruined cities, The desolations of many generations.

For He whom God sent speaks the words of God; for He does not give the Spirit sparingly.The Father loves the Son and has entrusted all things to His hand.The one who believes in the Son has eternal life; but the one who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.”

Behold, I have made him a witness to the peoples, A leader and commander for the peoples.

just as You gave Him authority over all mankind, so that to all whom You have given Him, He may give eternal life.And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.I glorified You on the earth by accomplishing the work which You have given Me to do.And now You, Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world existed.

Behold, My Servant will prosper, He will be high and lifted up and greatly exalted.

And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying,“ All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.

He said to Me,“ You are My Servant, Israel, In whom I will show My glory.”But I said,“ I have labored in vain, I have spent My strength for nothing and futility; Nevertheless, the justice due to Me is with the Lord, And My reward is with My God.”And now says the Lord, who formed Me from the womb to be His Servant, To bring Jacob back to Him, so that Israel might be gathered to Him( For I am honored in the sight of the Lord, And My God is My strength),He says,“ It is too small a thing that You should be My Servant To raise up the tribes of Jacob and to restore the protected ones of Israel; I will also make You a light of the nations So that My salvation may reach to the end of the earth.”
