So anyone who eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord unworthily is guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord.

因此，無論是誰，若以不正確的心態吃主的餅、喝主的杯，就是得罪主的身體和主的血。

所以無論何人，不配地喫主的餅，喝主的杯，就該擔受辜負主身主血的罪責。

因此無論誰，不合宜地吃主的餅、喝主的杯，就是干犯主的身體、主的血。

凡食主餅、飲主杯、而不合宜者、即干主身與血也、

凡食此餅、飲此杯、不合其宜者、是負主身主血者也、

故凡不合宜而食此餅飲主之杯者、即干主之體主之血矣、

故凡輕率冒昧、妄食聖餅、妄領聖爵者、則褻瀆聖體與聖血矣。

So then, whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord.

Eat the bread or drink the cup of the Lord in the right way. Don’t do it in a way that isn’t worthy of him. If you do, you will be guilty. You’ll be guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord.

Whoever, therefore, eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty concerning the body and blood of the Lord.

So, then, whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of sin against the body and blood of the Lord.

Therefore whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy way, shall be guilty of the body and the blood of the Lord.

Therefore whoever eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.

Wherefore whosoever shall eat the bread or drink the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner, shall be guilty of the body and the blood of the Lord.

Therefore, whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy way will be guilty of sin against the body and blood of the Lord.

Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink[ this] cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.

For this reason, whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord i n an unworthy manner will be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.

Therefore whoever eats this bread or drinks the Lord’s cup in a way unworthy of the Lord will be guilty of the body and the blood of the Lord.

I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Anyone who eats this bread will live forever; and this bread, which I will offer so the world may live, is my flesh.”

You cannot drink from the cup of the Lord and from the cup of demons, too. You cannot eat at the Lord’s Table and at the table of demons, too.

“ Give the following instructions to the people of Israel: If any of the people now or in future generations are ceremonially unclean at Passover time because of touching a dead body, or if they are on a journey and cannot be present at the ceremony, they may still celebrate the Lord’s Passover.

“ But when the king came in to meet the guests, he noticed a man who wasn’t wearing the proper clothes for a wedding.

Just think how much worse the punishment will be for those who have trampled on the Son of God, and have treated the blood of the covenant, which made us holy, as if it were common and unholy, and have insulted and disdained the Holy Spirit who brings God’s mercy to us.

“ But those who neglect to celebrate the Passover at the regular time, even though they are ceremonially clean and not away on a trip, will be cut off from the community of Israel. If they fail to present the Lord’s offering at the proper time, they will suffer the consequences of their guilt.

The Spirit alone gives eternal life. Human effort accomplishes nothing. And the very words I have spoken to you are spirit and life.But some of you do not believe me.”( For Jesus knew from the beginning which ones didn’t believe, and he knew who would betray him.)

“ I am not saying these things to all of you; I know the ones I have chosen. But this fulfills the Scripture that says,‘ The one who eats my food has turned against me.’I tell you this beforehand, so that when it happens you will believe that I Am the Messiah.I tell you the truth, anyone who welcomes my messenger is welcoming me, and anyone who welcomes me is welcoming the Father who sent me.”Now Jesus was deeply troubled, and he exclaimed,“ I tell you the truth, one of you will betray me!”The disciples looked at each other, wondering whom he could mean.The disciple Jesus loved was sitting next to Jesus at the table.Simon Peter motioned to him to ask,“ Who’s he talking about?”So that disciple leaned over to Jesus and asked,“ Lord, who is it?”Jesus responded,“ It is the one to whom I give the bread I dip in the bowl.” And when he had dipped it, he gave it to Judas, son of Simon Iscariot.When Judas had eaten the bread, Satan entered into him. Then Jesus told him,“ Hurry and do what you’re going to do.”

Aaron’s sons Nadab and Abihu put coals of fire in their incense burners and sprinkled incense over them. In this way, they disobeyed the Lord by burning before him the wrong kind of fire, different than he had commanded.So fire blazed forth from the Lord’s presence and burned them up, and they died there before the Lord.Then Moses said to Aaron,“ This is what the Lord meant when he said,‘ I will display my holiness through those who come near me. I will display my glory before all the people.’” And Aaron was silent.

Most of those who came from Ephraim, Manasseh, Issachar, and Zebulun had not purified themselves. But King Hezekiah prayed for them, and they were allowed to eat the Passover meal anyway, even though this was contrary to the requirements of the Law. For Hezekiah said,“ May the Lord, who is good, pardon thosewho decide to follow the Lord, the God of their ancestors, even though they are not properly cleansed for the ceremony.”And the Lord listened to Hezekiah’s prayer and healed the people.
