若有持異議者、吾將應之曰、吾人無此習慣、天主教會中亦無此習慣也。

If anyone wants to be contentious about this, we have no other practice— nor do the churches of God.

If anyone wants to argue about this, we don’t have any other practice. And God’s churches don’t either.

If anyone is inclined to be contentious, we have no such practice, nor do the churches of God.

From these come envy, quarreling, slander, evil suspicions,

since God is not a God of disorder but of peace. As in all the churches of the saints,the women should be silent in the churches, for they are not permitted to speak, but are to submit themselves, as the law also says.
